"[member name removed], We apologize that your experience with our consultation service was not what you had anticipated. I have found that there have been numerous confusions as to what the consultations are really best suited for and we have spent many conversations over the phone trying to distinguish for our clients what actually warrants a consultation, where clients will benefit and use the information given during the consultation, and what simply requires an estimate, or a full scale design. As a result of this misunderstanding we had indicated that we would apply the cost of the consultation towards any basic estimate that was given and accepted, and in addition, we have asked to discontinue the offer with Angie's list at this time until it is able to be worded and offered more clearly with a better representation of the service that is to be expected. We have also found that many of the consults are requiring much more then a simple site visit and need full scale designs, which as over booked our design team. We attempt to limit the number of full design clients we see per week to ensure reasonable turn around. However, with many of the consults also now requiring hours of work in addition to the site visit, we are stopping the deal to also give our design team a chance to catch up and serve the clients we have already seen, as we too are very unhappy with the back log and the long response times people are experiencing in the last 2 months. Our typical service for someone to get a basic estimate is not something we charge for either and would have credited you back the cost towards the estimate as stated in the deal. We also strive to return full designs within 2 weeks and we are working diligently to follow through on hitting those goals for as many people as we can. I am very sorry this particular deal did not work out for your needs, and we are very sorry for anyone else experiencing long delays at this time. We do not what to compromise our quality of service, nor do we want to compromise the quality of designs for quantity or haste. We appreciate everyone who has been understanding and patient, as we are most proud that the people we have been able to complete and install have been very pleased with our service. We apologize to all who we have not been able to meet their timeframes or expectations. We are taking all feedback very seriously and will continue to strive to grow a service that results in 100% satisfaction as unrealistic as that goal likely is to achieve."
