Junk Removal 911

I would give this company an A+ overall. My daughter was really ecstatic with using them. They showed up on time, did the job & carried out the item. It was really heavy & they had to use all their strength to lift it. I would use them again & I only wish they were here in Indianapolis. I also think Heather with Angie's List was great at pointing us in the right direction & for helping us find this company.

The contractor who is about to install wood floors in my bedrooms wanted more than $400 for the job; I called around & Junk Removal offered the best estimate for carpet removal and the most feasible time. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the two technicians, but they arrived on time, as scheduled, after calling me 20 minutes before the scheduled job. The entire project, including removal of all the carpeting and padding from the 20th floor to their truck, took 45 minutes. The only thing I would have done differently was to ask in advance about removing the carpet tacking--I ended up doing it myself.

They returned my call right away. Scheduled a mutually convenient appointment. They called when they were on their way. They showed up on time. They completed the work quickly and professionally.

When I called for an appointment they happened to have a truck in our area and arrived about 1/2 hour later. They were very professional and did a great job. We were so happy to be rid of our junk so quickly, and we thought the price was reasonable.

I called Max because of the great reviews here. He was able to come out within a couple days to take up and remove carpet/padding/tack strips from my basement which had a little water damage. He and his 2 workmen were very friendly and professional. They were able to complete the job in about 45 minutes. They were very quick but careful and conscientious. Seriously, it was the best $100 I have spent on this basement project. Highly recommended.

They did a fantastic job and for the amount that was quoted ($150) there were no extra fees with the exception of sales tax. The job was originally scheduled for a Thursday morning, but due to rain they had to reschedule. They gave us plenty of heads-up time on the reschedule. They did the job the next day, promptly arriving at the time they promised. The job took about an hour for two guys. The area was left with only a little clean-up needed by myself. They even called before they left the job site to say they were leaving, because they didn't want to walk on our sidewalk with their muddy shoes! Very low stress arrangement that was well worth the money. Plus, my wife was left unviolated. Bravo.

After my basement flooded, I called Junk Removal 911 to come and remove a soggy couch, chair, and ottoman, as well as some miscellaneous bags of garbage. We scheduled an appointment for 9:00 a.m. the following day. Two men arrived on time, they were very nice, and they did the work swiftly. I will use them again when I need to have anything removed from my house.

Excellent. We've used 1-800-GOTJUNK prior to this company and this company was less expensive (by about $150 for an entire truck full), and much more thorough. They swept the entire basement afterwards and were professional through and through. I would definitely recommend them again.

They came the day after I called exactly at the time they said they would and they did a great job. They were very careful not to damage the walls as they carried some big items up the stairs. The price was very fair and the workers were polite. I will certainly use Junk Removal 911 the next time I need to remove junk from my house.

Junk Removal 911 came on time to give me an estimate and arrived on time to do the work. The two workers were professional, thorough and quick and it was quite a messy job. I added quite a few more items than were included in the estimate, but the final price was very fair considering the volume and type of items that I had. I am very pleased with the work and would definitely hire them again.

Junk Removal 911 did an excellent job from beginning to end. They were responsive and prompt and were able to come by my house on short notice. They removed items from all over my house for at least an hour. Items were as small as a garbage bag or paint can and as large as a sofa. They took great care in confirming which items were junk and carefully removing items.

The project went very well. Max communicated when appointments had to be changed and was responsive to questions etc. The basement was cleaned out in record time. Max and his workers were very polite and pleasant to deal with. The job was handled perfectly in my opinion. The price may have been higher than someone more fly by night, but in this case the professionalism and lack of stress was well worth it.

I called on a Saturday and they came out first thing Monday morning. They arrived a little early, gave me an estimate on the spot which was very reasonable, and did the work right there and then. They even did it in spite of the pouring rain! They worked very quickly and did good cleanup job afterward as well.

The company representative arrived on time, provided a quote, removed deck wood and tree branches placed in alley.
