Junk Removal 911

Junk Removal 911 showed up on time for both appointments (estimate and deck removal). They disassembled the deck and carried it down 3 flights of stairs. They even removed a few pieces of deck furniture that was not included in the the original quote. When job was complete they verified with me that the job was completed to my satisfaction. Before they left they also made sure the stairwell and courtyard was free of any debris left over from the deck removal.

I called Junk Removal 911 on April 1st to inquire about their services. I spoke to Max, who wrote down everything I wanted removed and gave me an estimate of $175 (based on the amount of space in the truck that would be filled). I made an appointment for April 20th at 11am, and Danny and Frank showed up at 11am exactly. They were polite, respectful, and incredibly hard working. It took them close to two hours to haul everything out and load their truck, and although they ended up being surprised by the amount of furniture/junk that I needed removed, they worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Because we live in a second floor walkup, there were enough stairs involved to make the job tough, especially carrying something as large and heavy as a sleeper sofa, but Danny and Frank did a magnificent job. They didn't make even one dent in the wall or scratch on the floor during the job, and they swept the garage clean when they were done. Because there were a few extra items to be removed that I had not mentioned to Max when he gave me the estimate, the job ended up costing $215 (which Danny and Frank told me up front, before they began working), but it was worth every penny. It took them two hours to do what would have been a major project for my husband and me. I can't say enough about how wonderful Danny and Frank were. I would hire them again for sure!

Services was great. Guys were polite, worked hard and packed the truck well. The packing was important as we were charged based on how much of the truck was filled. They ended up filling 1 truck completely and at least half the second truck. Rates seemed much less than some competitors. Additionally, there was much more junk than I thought when I called them and they were wonderful about taking it all. No complaints that they weren't prepared for the volume. Also, tried hard to determine was was truly junk and was was usable.

Junk Removal 911 took a look at the job site while I was at work and quoted $150 for the job by phone. I told them what days I would be available and they said I didn't need to be there if I trust them with removing the three piles of waste. I agreed to let them work without me being present and they did a great job. They removed everything neatly and did not make the lawn any worse (which was already in bad shape from the foundation work).

Great. I had ordered new furniture and the company I purchased it from would not haul away old furniture. I received the call from the company that I purchased my new furniture from that it was ready and they were scheduled to deliver it within two days. I needed a quick solution to clear out the old stuff, I thought I wouldn't have the new furniture for at least a few more weeks. I called Junk 911 and was happy to find out they could pick up my old couch the morning I needed them to. The morning of the scheduled pick up they were running 10 minutes late, and I appreciated that they called to let me know this. The following week I received a receipt in the mail from Junk 911 because they were able to donate my couch for me to Salvation Army. I was very happy it was donated and appreciated Junk 911 took the time to mail me the receipt.

I recommend them highly because they were efficient, fast and cheaper than the others I talked to. They were the best.

Left message. Called back within 30 minutes. Set appointment for desired time within a couple days. Showed up on time.

Called and gave estimate of arrival time. The guys were prompt. They worked quickly and swept up when they were done. Would definitely hire again.

My call was answered by an answering machine, and my call was returned approximately 1.5 hours later. I chose not to use this provider because the price was too high.

Things went well. He had trouble catching up with me to complete the job.

Cooperative, courteous and professional. We needed to clear out the room to refinish the floor, so their reliability was crucial.

Great! They took everything that they promised. I am doing more remodeling and will call them again in the very near future! Job well done guys!

Excellent. Owner called before arrival. Arrived early. Surveyed job. Gave estimate and included reasoning for the price. Worked efficiently. Cordial and polite. Asked questions when necessary. Made sure I was satisfied before leaving the job.

Max and Danny arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. (They called first to see whether they could come a little earlier than scheduled.) I showed them what needed to be cleared. Max estimated that it would be about a quarter truckload -- $120, which was half the price another hauling company had wanted. I told them to go ahead and do the job. They were really efficient and finished in about 25 minutes. They did exactly what I wanted. If they had a question, they didn't hesitate to ask. The area they cleared looks terrific, and my back yard is a lot bigger without the junk.

Estimate was given on a Tuesday and job was completed on a Thursday.

No problems; they arrived a touch later than scheduled, but there is lots of road construction in the area presently. The crew was polite and efficient, collected all the debris, offered to sweep up the area and settled the bill. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the price seemed reasonable.

Absolutely fantastic. I had originally asked if they would use blankets to cover the furniture so my walls didn't get scratched. I was told no. I told them my walls were freshly painted and didn't want them marked up, I was told they wouldn't. The two men who did the job were so careful and courteous I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

We had an excellent experience. First of all, we called them on a Friday and they came on a Monday (reasonably quick in my estimation). The guys were very polite, provided an accurate estimate, and worked extremely hard to dispose of our concrete and brick pile (and quickly, at that). They did tell us up front upon arriving that they would have to come back another day to dispose of our logs and branches, but since I mentioned all the types of waste we had to the phone rep who set up the appointment, I really think that it was incumbent upon customer service to provide that potential warning. We paid the total bill in advance, but they came back as they said they would two days later to take the remainder of the stuff. We recommend this contractor and absolutely feel we got what we paid for.

The guys did a great job. They called to tell me that they could come earlier, which was great. They were no-nonsense and efficient, taking many boxes and debris down 3 flights of stairs.

They came and within a very short time everything was gone!! They started to sweep up were the junk was but since it was the hottest day of the year and they were literally dripping with sweet after moving so fast, I told them to forget about it. These guys were impressive, it was fast, easy and at a reasonable costs. Can't beat that!

The haulers were supposed to arrive at 11, but called around 10:45 to report that they were going to be late because of traffic problems (there had been heavy rains that day and some of the main highways were a mess). They actually arrived around 11:30. They surveyed the layout and the objects to be hauled out, gave me a price, and had everything out and onboard their truck by 11:55 -- this from a third-floor walk-up. All in all, fast, friendly, and VERY efficient.

I contacted the company on Tuesday. They planned to survey on Wednesday, they were unable to make that appointment, they called and rescheduled for the next day. They called me at work after they surveyed the debris pile, and gave the quote over the phone. I authorized the job. When I returned home that evening my yard was clean down to the soil and free of all the old chunks of concrete and brick debris.

Everything went well. We confirmed the time and date, and everything was Great!

Great. They were on time, even a few minutes early and worked really fast. Called before on the way to confirm. They were able to schedule my first choice of date/time.
