I have used Junk Removal 911 twice to haul items away in preparation for the sale of my condo. They are professional, fast and available when I needed them.

The overal experience was excellent and we plan to call them again soon. They called to confirm the day before and asked if they could come earlier because of a cancellation, which was good for us. They came at the appointed time, we indicated which items we wanted removed, they gave us a price we were confortable with, they removed the items and were on their way.

I contacted Max for an estimate and he went to the property to assess the need. Max promptly called me back with a quote and we discussed what I wanted done in the property. A few days later Max and his crew performed the service. I was very pleased with the responsiveness and the actual work provided. They provided prompt, professional, friendly junk removal service for far less than I had expected to pay based on the on-line quotes I had gotten from other haulers. The two guys who provided the quote and did the hauling were great. I highly recommend this company.

The service was just great. From the time I made the pick up appointment all the way to the arrival of the truck and removal of the junk, the experience was very professional. The gentlemen who arrived showed up right on time, were responsive to our requests and got the junk loaded and carried away in record time. We liked the service so much that we actually tipped the two man crew. I will use them again.

They were very thorough and were on time. They didn't bump into walls and were extremely efficient. They did the job very quickly. They were extremely reasonably priced even compared to having to haul it out ourselves and put it at the curb for the garbage people because that's like a special fee. We were staging our house to sell and it obviously worked, we are sold. They were really nice guys and did the job well.

They came out both times on the day that I called them. They did a great job both times, and I spent $150 each time. It was very straightforward. They came, looked at what I had to take away, and gave me an estimate. I actually had 2 other guys helping me, and we all jumped on it and had everything cleaned up within half an hour.

I called Junk Removal 911 on a Tuesday, and they said they could come out the next morning. They called 20 minutes before they arrived and said they were on their way. Upon arrival, they surveyed the debris and gave me a rough estimate, which I agreed was perfectly fair for the job. It took Frank and Nate about an hour to load the truck. They didn't need much direction at all - I told them what to take, and they went at it. They took all the debris, whether it was loose or bagged up, and swept up all the areas afterwards, even the area near the truck. They were very friendly and eager to please, and I would definitely use this company again in a heartbeat.

An excellent experience. I called on a Sunday, expecting an answering machine but got a person who scheduled the work for the next day! I was given a time to expect them. They called enroute to confirm how far away they were prior to arrival. Nate and Frank worked solidly, were very polite, and kept a positive attitude as they problem-solved how to get a very heavy old refrigerator out of our basement via a staircase which curves. A pleasure doing business with them.

went well. Was a nasty job with roots and trees grown into the rusted fence but they did a good job. Once the overgrowth was removed it was clear that the neighors fence had been put up badly and would fall over f they cut out all of the posts on my property. They brought it to my attention and devised a solution and said they would come back later and remove the posts for very little costs if I needed them to. They cleaned everything up and were extremely polite.

It went well. Due to unexpected events, I had to reschedule twice. Junk Removal 911 was very accommodating. When they came, they were on time and they removed the workbench quickly and without marking up my walls. Very good, very fast, very professional.
