Juan is amazing. Unfortunately, he is older now and giving the business to his sons, who are not so great. When they cleaned our gutters, they left all the debris in our lawn. One son fixed our gate, it did not work. Same son charged us 6K for patio, and had to fix it. Then, I tried to reschedule to get the patio and lock fixed, and it was a major hassle. I love Juan Padilla, the father. The sons are not a great thing.

Very efficient and professional, 4 workmen arrived on time and cut down tree, grinded down the stump and removed all debriszzZ.

At BRL's recommendation I called Juan regarding some work in my backyard, and we made an appointment for him to come by and take a look.

He didn't show for the appointment, didn't answer when I called him, and didn't respond to a text message. Glad I took a day off work for that.

Soooo I hired someone else. All kinda puzzling really--not sure what it was about me or my yard that didn't seem worth the trouble to him, but had no problem getting quotes from plenty of other landscapers!

We have been calling Juan and his crew on a regular basis for a little bit more than over a year now. It has been wonderful to work with Juan, he is always available for advice and provides accurate estimates. He is always on time, responsive, and trustworthy. Our backyard looks fantastic! His clean-up and maintenance services are totally reasonable and his crew comes on time and does a great job.

They did a great job. They're very professional and they're timely. They gave us multiple options for our backyard. They considered the better budget. They were great. They were really good. We had a lot of options to choose from.

Excellent. He exceeded our expectations.

The price was reasonable. He came in, took the tree down, he's been very careful because we have a shed right next to it, cleaned up everything in the yard that came off that tree and then a little bit more to ground the stomp out, replaced it with good fresh soil, he did it and already were gone, nice lawn there already. They do a great job all the time. We use them on a regular basis, we use them to mow our lawn and they continually do a great service, that's what we said to begin with, and we had him do a number of different things, gutter cleaning, tree trimming, etc.

They were very careful to not damage anything on my propriety. They also clean up very well after themselves.
