Three hours after the scheduled work time, I messaged the company to ask where the crew was. The only response I received was that the crew would be there in *two days* "for sure." No apology, no explanation, and never asked if the new date and time would work for me. We were obviously a very low priority for the company. I felt like saying, "If you don't want my business, just say so!" The work crew did a good job and cleaned up well. They were friendly and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.

Couteous and polite. Cleaned up very well. Very reasonable compared to competitors.

Their cleanup after cutting down three huge circumference trees was amazingly good. I would hire them again in a minute.

Very professional came to the house got set up and the tree came down. Cleaned up the area and did an excellent job on the stump. Can't tell there was a tree there. I will have them back if needed and recommend them.

I just had Jose's out to remove one tree and trim a couple others. They were here on time and did an absolutely wonderful job! The price was very fair and the workers are pro's. And there is no mess left behind. I would hire them anytime I need other tree work done.
