Started well. Jerry is a talented carpenter. His son (who did a portion of the work) is not. As a contractor, things just didn't happen. He's a decent guy, but seems to have been in over his head. Cost us a lit f time and money cleaning up after his lapses. Biggest problem was his lack of responsiveness - weeks would go by before he returned phone calls, and forget about email or other means of communication. Hire him for small jobs and you'll be OK.

He is wonderful and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He started the project last November and he is basically finished. They are very courteous, very professional and honest. All his subs are talented. The pricing was very fair. His carpentry work is exceptional. They are a user-friendly kind of contractor and I would recommend them to anybody. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My kitchen had been completely remodeled. I found that the hardware on my cabinet doors was hitting my new entry door when it was fully opened. Instead of going back to my original contractor, I contacted the cabinet sales office for help. They directed me to Jerry. I spoke to him that day, and he stopped by that evening to look at the job and give me an estimate. He came by the next morning to do the job himself, at the price he had quoted me. He was patient about making the chains the exact length that I wanted them to be.
