I was trying to get replacement parts but they did not give me the correct parts that I needed. The guy was very rude and the company was very unprofessional.

It went awesomely, if that's a word. Jeff was great, it was weird that we could not order this vanity directly from the company, any who, the company, Empire Industries, we had settled on a wood vanity, and Jeff made sure of the quality of the wood by checking directly with the company to see if the wood was as described in their brochure, it turned out it wasn't, so we had to pick another, and again Jeff went back and forth with me and Empire to make sure we liked the second choice, and the second choice was great, although now on the side of the cabinet at the bottom where water trickles down, it's beginning to p***** and the feet are too squared off when cleaning the floor around them, the feet should be round in order to prevent scratching on skin, and the hardware/handles was too squared and sharp also, so we had to replace them with more rounded handles, other than that, the vanity looks great.

Tabb at Jand D Hardware is fantastic. He helped me find all the parts that I needed and offered great suggestions on items. He was able to guide me to websites where I can order items that they did not carry. The price at Jand D is much lower than other places that offer the same products. Save money time and stress by going to Jand D. Great service and products. In addition, they were able to hold my merchandise until my contractor needed them. That was a huge help! Great place.
