THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED PROMPTLY AT 8AM AS PROMISED AND DIDN'T LEAVE UNTIL 9PM. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WE MOVED IN THE NEXT DAY. CARPET ONE ALSO FOLLOWED UP WITH PHONE CALLS AND SURVEYS.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THE CARPET. I CAN'T EVEN SEE THE CARPET SEAMS, WHICH IS TOUGH WITH BURBUR CARPET. THE PERSON THAT CAME TO MEASURE, WAS A LITTLE ROUGH AROUND THE COLLAR. THE INSTALLER WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND AMAZED ME WITH HOW HE MADE THE CARPET SEAMS INVISIBLE.

ROSIE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING OUT THE CARPET AND MATCHED PRICE WITH A COMPETITOR. UNFORTUNATELY, THE CARPET SHOWED UP IN THE WRONG COLOR WHICH DELAYED OUR MOVE IN BY A WEEK. HOWEVER, ROSIE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND DID EVERYTHING SHE COULD TO MAKE IT RIGHT. TO COMPENSATE, SHE TOOK THE PRICE OF THE STAIR INSTALLATION, ($190), OFF THE FINAL BILL. THE MEASURER AND INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME (BOTH DAYS). THEY DID NOT TRY AND CONVINCE ME THAT THE FIRST CARPET WAS CORRECT OR ANYTHING SHADY LIKE THAT. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THEY LEFT A BIT OF A MESS IN THE COMMON AREA OF MY BUILDING, I DIDN'T NOTICE IT UNTIL THE CONDO PRESIDENT CAME KNOCKING ON MY DOOR! SO JUST MAKE SURE THEY CLEAN UP THOROUGHLY. EVEN THOUGH THE EXPERIENCE WASN'T PERFECT, I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND HOME CARPET ONE BECAUSE OF THE PROFESSIONAL WAY ROSIE HANDLED THE SITUATION.

I'M SO PLEASED. JOEL SENT SAMPLES OF IN-STOCK CARPET AND SHEET GOODS WITH THE 'MEASURER'. ROSIE WAS ACCOMMODATING AS WE FIGURED OUT HOW MUCH WORK WE WERE GOING TO DO. THE CREW WAS PLEASANT, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND DID A GREAT JOB. NOW I'M TEMPTED TO CARPET THE ENTIRE HOUSE.

I SAW SOME COMMENTS ABOUT LATE ARRIVALS ON ANGIE'S LIST, EVEN FOR FIRST APPOINTMENTS, SO I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE SCHEDULER ABOUT THAT. I WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE I ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT STAY HOME ALL DAY. SHE ASSURED ME I WAS SCHEDULED WITH SOMEONE WHO WOULD BE ON TIME, AND THEY WERE.

I HAD TO GO TO WORK AND LEAVE THE CARPET INSTALLER THERE. I THOUGHT I HAD EXPLAINED TO HIM WHERE I WANTED THE CARPET IN THE DRESSING AREA AND HE DID NOT FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS. THEY COMPANY SENT THEIR TROUBLESHOOTER AND FIXED THE WOOD FLOOR LINE AND CORRECTED THE LINE OF THE CARPET. I FELT THAT THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. ONE OF THE OWNERS CALLED TO FOLLOW UP TO BE SURE I WAS HAPPY. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
