HE TREATS HIS CREW WITH RESPECT, AND THAT SHOWS IN THEIR SPIRIT, WORK ETHIC, AND WORK QUALITY. RICK DEMONSTRATED PATIENCE AND INTEGRITY IN ALL OUR ENCOUNTERS, ANSWERING A MILLION QUESTIONS FOR US, SPENDING AT LEAST TWO HOURS A DAY ON SITE, AND RETURNING MESSAGES WITHIN A HALF-HOUR. RICK AND HIS CREW WORKED EXTREMELY HARD AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. MIRACULOUSLY MANAGING NOT TO BREAK OR KILL A SINGLE PLANT IN OUR GARDENS! PRETTY IMPRESSIVE WHEN YOU SAW WHAT CAME OFF THE TOP OF OUR HOME. THESE DAYS, IT'S SO RARE TO HAVE POSITIVE EXPERIENCES WITH THESE JOBS, SO WORKING WITH THIS CREW WAS HEARTENING. WE WOULD TRUST OUR FIRST BORN WITH THIS GUY. NOTE; THEY PROBABLY WON'T COME IN LOWER THAN OTHER BIDS, BUT IN THE END, RICK CHARGED EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD. NO DECEPTION, NO SURPRISES. OUR PAST EXPERIENCE SUGGESTS THIS SORT OF BOTTOM-LINE HONESTY IS A RARE THING INDEED.
Description of Work: TOTAL TEAR OFF OF FOUR LAYERS OF ROOF ON 100+ YEAR OLD HOUSE IN THE CITY. OUR NEIGHBORS' HOUSES ARE EXTREMELY CLOSE, AND THE ROOF IS VERY PITCHED, MAKING IT AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND DIFFICULT JOB. THEY ALSO DID MISCELLANEOUS REPAIR TO WINDOWS, FOUNDATION, ETC.
