Garrity came out primp and resolved the problem quickly. This is the third time I’ve used Garrity’s services. I’ve been pleased every time. Finding a good reliable plumber is a great relief.

First time using this company. Great response time. Gave 2 hour window of arrival from 1 to 3 and showed up exactly at 1. Two men, including one company owner, installed new wax ring, leveled toilet, replaced water line, caulked at base of toilet. Fair price. Cleaned up well. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service. They were able to fit me in right away. They worked quickly and got the job done.

Very satisfied with the overall result - reset the onside faucet control. As an aside when we called question the Angie's List promotion of $15.00 or the senior rate - they honored that for us.. Most professional job - did not waste any time - in and out within 40 minutes.

Larry was very punctual and polite. He told me that old valves like ours are tricky (especially since we did not have any access panel for it) and that he might make the problem worse. However, within 5 minutes, he had more water flow out of our faucet and shower head than we had ever seen in all the time we've lived in our home. He told us not to hesitate giving him a call if any other problems arose. He gave us a $15 discount (without me asking) for going through Angie's List. My husband and I were so pleased.

Larry has done two jobs at my house now and I find him and the company to be professional, friendly, responsive and the price is very reasonable. Larry is very competent and works efficiently. I find that in Chicago finding a good plumber can be very difficult and i have had some bad experiences so it is a relief to find a competent and reliable plumber like Larry who does excellent work at fair prices. I highly recommend Garrity plumbing.

Leak was repaired quickly. Plumber was very prompt, neat and congenial and explained what was wrong. Pricing was very fair.

The 2-man crew was on-time, and they worked quickly. They finished in about an hour and were on their way. No issues with the newly installed toilet. Price quote was 'about $200' over the telephone. Actual charge was $160.

Plumber called 10 minutes ahead as I requested so that I could meet them at my house. A two-man team was waiting for me. I showed them to the upstairs bathroom and within 1/2 hour the job was completed at the rate quoted. Very satisfied with the service.

These are real pros. They showed up early and had everything with them. Everything was done in a couple of hours. No mess left behind. It seemed like a lot of money but people have told me that this is not out of line. They did not charge for a separate visit to give me the quote either.

This was a couple years back but he have us a price for a job, they showed up unannounced on a holiday, did the work in two days, and wanted more money for the job after they were done. I wasn’t very impressed with the work they did either.

Everything went great. Every other plumber we spoke with told us they would have to drill a hole in the downstairs unit's ceiling because the area they needed to work in was too small of an area to access the drum trap.. They told us that was the only way they would be able to do the work. This wasn't an option considering we don't own the downstairs unit. I don't think the owners of the downstairs unit would be happy with having a hole drilled into their ceiling which would then need to be repaired & painted.

Absolutely super. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a small family owned plumbing company. Larry, the owner gave a very fair quote and stuck to it, even though he had to come on three visits. The first for most of the work and then another day because the new toilet I had purchased had a hairline crack and I scrambled to find a replacement for him to install a few days later. Then, he was very gracious about returning on a third day when I noticed a very slight leak in the toilet water line connection. It just needed tightening but I didn't want to tamper with it myself. Cannot recommend anyone higher than I do Garrity Plumbing. You won't be disappointed in the price or the quality of the work. Believe me, I have been doing renovation projects for over 40 years. Wish I had found these guys long ago.

Slow draining from the laundry tub. Uh-oh...roots in the sewer line. Call Garrity! Prompt, friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE service, as usual. No one but Garrity has done my plumbing work for years, and I've been happy every time. Larry made it easy to make the appointment, and Tom called before arrival, as promised. When Tom got here he knew exactly what to do, and he and Niko did it efficiently and effectively. Tom answered all my questions; his decades of experience are invaluable!

Arrived on time. Quickly assessed the problem. Fixed the leak in record time. Good service at a reasonable price.

Couldn't have been better. The guys arrived in the time frame that they committed to. They replaced the kitchen faucet and rodded the bathtub drain in about one hour and everything works perfectly. Will definitely be using them again for the next project.

The guys from Garrity were awesome. They were on time, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and they even taught me a thing or two about my drain. I will definitely use them again and recommend all to use them.

It went well! They were right on time, finished in 15 minutes, and everything is in good working order.

They were great. The only issue I had was that they had to come back a second time because I didn't realize a pressure check was not standard. I wish the process of fixing the leak had been more thought out from the start. When the second leak showed up they came back promptly and did fix the leak and did a pressure check. That time everything checked out.

They are great all of our projects have gone well and they are reasonably priced.
