Tech performed service per protocols. He informed me that the water line to the attached humidifier was brittle and needed to be replaced. This was an expensive repair but I was offered a discount. Per their points inspection, the Tech verified that there was no gas leak from my water heater. The thermostat was not inspected since it is functioning and we are observing COVID recommendations. I was given a five-hour window for the Tech to arrive. This is the longest time frame ever. I assume that the extra COVID procedures are the reason. The Tech was professional and respectful of home COVID measures.

they said that we need to replace our hvac. but they installed it incorrectly. they dragged our old unit down the stairs causing damage to our wood. it wasted hours and hours of time, we didnt received a discount or partial refund. even they paid for the service to repair the damaged wood.

I was able to schedule an appointment the next day on a weekend. The repair person helped resolve some billing concerns that I had. The repair person called me to remind me the day of the appointment and was on time. The repair person was friendly and answered all of my questions. The repair person took off his shoes when entering my house. The repair person recommended future services. The repair person made sure I recieved all of the discounts I deserved. The technician called 45 minutes before he arrived to assure me that service will be done as scheduled. He arrived on time and did a good service efficiently which I am very satisfied with. He was professional, very informative and answered all my questions in a professional way. He wore plastic shoe covers to avoid dirtying the floor without my requests. I will recommend Four Seasons to friends and families for their HAVC needs.ive maintenance tune up

The one thing I love about Four Seasons is they tell the truth. Even if it means they don't make a sale on something, they will always tell the truth about your equipment. If you don't need a new one, they'll tell you that. I appreciate that almost as much as I appreciate the thoroughness of their service.
