Very good. They were punctual, it was a cold winter and they are the ones who came out with a quote. They were reasonable and within our range.

Had a salesman come out to my parents home the day after a technician stayed they needed a new a/c. They told them they could install one for $4790. They agreed to it because they trusted him. They called me and I was beyond upset that they prey on the elderly. I called for seasons and they said, how about $3200. REALLY. I did not want to give them a dime. Went with Airco which did it for $2295. Four Seasons is more into scamming than doing honest work.

They were able to come out quickly for the estimate. We had decided to go with them Friday morning for the work and they were able to come out that afternoon. They came in at having the best price for the unit we were looking for. There were quick with the installation and completed it in just a few hours. They took everything away with them and left no mess behind. They were very courteous and polite.

James was prompt and extremely thorough. He made recommendations for our consideration as well as adding freon to our unit after the cleaning. He was neat and polite. We recommend this company.

On time, courteous, straight forward discussion of problem and remedy choices. All prices known upfront prior to service.

They are great. They are very clean when they take everything apart and put it back together. They do a great job. They are very good timewise and they were prompt coming. They were on  time. I called them for one problem and they had it fixed within two days. They had to get a part and then they came right back and fixed it. I've had no problems with them. I will be using them for my fall cleaning.

After getting many other estimates and my own personal research into the business and its reputation for quality of professionalism and dedication to its customers, I decided to go with another HVAC business; Chicagoland Heating and A/C.
Anytime I decide to do any major job on my home I make it my business to research/ do my homework in order to insure I do not have to worry about the work done and that the work will be protected by a business I truly feel I can trust to be there when I need them!

They were able to schedule the estimate soon after my initial phone call. The representative was on time and familiar with the neighborhood and the age of the houses. He was professional and efficient. The estimator answered all of my questions and explained his recommendations for size and SEER of the A/C unit for the area we wanted to cool. He was able to offer me a comparison based on the difference between  first floor unit and second floor unit needs. I didn't feel any pressure from the company and the quote and equipment was comparable to another estimate. He provided a clear written quote.

Clean & check was performed and tech stated that everything was operating properly. He completed routine visit more quickly than in past visits as I usually observe the service. After looking at the unit, I contacted customer service to voice my displeasure at the apparent too fast service. I saw some debris which had accumulated at the bottom of the condenser unit which I thought should have been removed during the service(which I learned afterward is not usually performed.) Customer Service had a second technician at the house within about 4 hours. He then performed what I consider to be a more complete clean & check. He cleaning the outside of the unit with a degreasor, cleaned out the debris, checked electrical components which might fail(still OK)  and recommended additional service for the 7 year old AC. He did not apply pressure to have the service performed although I went ahead with it as a precautionary 
and preventive maintenance. Over the years I have excellent technicians from this company and some not so excellent technicians. That is why I can only give them a B overall.

The service is good... the price was reasonable.

The technician was very prompt and courteous and completed the cleaning and inspection quickly, but did a good job.
