Description of Work: I could not get a humidifier quote over the phone and I thought the $129.95 for a seasonal Furnace cleaning was a little high.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for a furnace cleaning. They found three cracks in the furnace that required that the furnace be replaced. The remainder of the cleaning was not performed. They offered to credit me for the amount I paid for the cleaning if I purchased the furnace from them. I purchased it from another Angies's List member.

Description of Work: We had a furnace and air conditioner and uv filter system installed. They arrived when they said they would and spent 14 hours installing. they replaced everything and went over the new thermostat filter system and settings. The installers were excellent and cleaned up after themselves and hauled away old furnace and all teh garbage. I would recommend them, even though they were a little pricey when you balance that out with the service plan it is reassuring knowing there is a guarantee and protection.

Description of Work: Scheduled a visit to replace my furnace on September 30. Said they would arrive between 2-4. Jason did call at 2:14 but I didn't hear the call. At 3:15 I called to find out when they would arrive. The call ceneter said he had already been here. I told them I have been home since 2:00. When pressing the issue, the sales manager told me Jason knocked on the door. When pressing the issue more, they said that they spoke to the guys painting my house who told them I wasn't home. Finally, I was told that "no" I didn't knock on the front door nor did I ring the bell, I left a card at the SIDE door. Eventually they offered to come back tomorrow or Saturday...no thanks, I already took off work early to be home in a house with no heat so I could keep my commitment. How do people usually like it when they take off work to meet a service person who does not show up? I will never call 4 seasons again.

Description of Work: Service Rep was on time. Completed the work efficeintly. Showed me how to remove the A/C filters to clean them and how to replace them. Was professional and knew what he was doing.
