Crew showed up on time. Polite. But they had no face masks, gloves or hand sanitizer. Told me they are on different teams each day, in lots of homes, etc. They also used my bathroom sonI could not safely. They should have PPE, get breaks to go out for lunch and restroom, etc. Night of installation heard banging and had pipe leak. Company was responsive and hit a qualified tech next day to address. He had bought his own PPE , not provided by company. I would hire for maintenance but only if they protect their employees and customers, otherwise simply unacceptable.

I could do commercials for Four Seasons. I live in a condo and before choosing a company I checked 4 other unit owners who had relatively new a/c and heaters. Of all the company's Four Seasons installation was by far the superior one. It was a total no brainer. The appraiser was excellent as were the installers. The gentleman, Mr. Day did my first checkup yesterday. Since my husband has cancer and we're both seniors I was so pleased this young man had worn a mask, gloves and booties over his shoes. His kindness and professionalism was truly appreciated. May all these brave service people stay safe. God bless them!

Gerardo showed up on time and ready to do the work. He explained what he was going to do and was very professional. I had a new AC unit and a humidifier for my furnace installed. He showed me how to use both and the work is excellent. So far, so good!

Excellent. Matt was extremely professional and clearly walked through the service plan. We have an older unit and he recommended replacing but was not pushy. I appreciated him taking the time to walk through the options. I am hoping to get at least another year due to COVID and other house issues but Four Seasons would be who I contract with when the time is right. Thanks Matt for your service on my AC today!

Well I wasn’t here, I can only speak of the cleanliness of unit and what the wife said about his performance, firstly last year your guy did a great cleaning and repair, and I’ve used you guys for years now, mostly for plumbing emergencies, and always had great service, I know it helps when the man is home, so I’ll assume that was the problem today, the outside condensers were cleaned like ****, I could have done a better job with the hose, which was right next to the units, then because there wasn’t a parent here the first time, the second time out the guy didn’t have a step ladder to get at the fan unit, so he left and another service guy came and serviced the indoor portion, from what I can see not much was done, but like I said it was probably because the man wasn’t home. So next time I’ll be sure to be home for annual inspection and cleaning, I’ve used you in the past at home and recently at my shop in Oakbrook and will call again.! I like perfection or at the very least an effort. I suppose we had a bad hair day going on today, maybe the Covd was bothering him! I’ve had nothing but good service until today, one bad day doesn’t change the 15 previous great service call. The customer service is great as well as scheduling!!!

Cody was my tech and he was fantastic. Came to the house explained everything, and gave me multiple options. Went with the one that was best for me and Cody ordered the part, retuned a few hours later and installed. Explained everything I asked and more. If you’re going with Four Season, I would look into l requesting Cody.

Seems to be OK. Kinda just have to wait and see if the job was done right. I'm no expert, so all I can do is have faith that the work was done well and no short-cuts were taken. But all seems to be well.

Everything was fine. Serviceman was very knowledgeable and did an efficient and professional job.

Not the best. I had work done from this company about a month ago. It was a 6 hour job, was responsibly priced and they did a great job. Had this company come out again today due to a small and slow leak (different issue than previous visit). I was quoted double what the first job cost and this job is just replacing a single pipe. The technician was friendly but man, just feel like they were taking advantage of the situation. Pretty let down.

My heat stopped coming out of certain vents, and it also was turning off/on every few minutes. they came out and discovered i needed a limit switch. I had issues with cost of service, however They have reached out to me and we had a mutual agreement.

It went very well. The technician calls in advance to let you know they are on their way. They get things done fairly quickly. They also do the air conditioner before the summer.
