Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

I will never use 4 Seasons again (and I’ve used them for a lot before this).. They’ve broken my trust, my wallet, and showed their true colors. How a customer is treated when a company makes a mistake is a BIG DEAL--they treated me like garbage and charged me $1877 for work that was done wrong, did not fix the problem, and was unnecessary. I chose 4 Seasons knowing they would charge top dollar and provide a 5 star experience and (hopefully) right any wrongs that were done along the way. This did not happen. Here’s what happened: The problem: water was leaking from the toilet onto the ceiling of the floor below. On 7/26/23 Luis V. (FSHAC) came to our home and diagnosed our problem as a faulty wax ring and suggested an optional toilet replacement. Water was coming from the toilet through the floor, and onto the ceiling of the residents below. (Foreshadowing--this was correct) On 7/27/23 two technicians (FSHAC) came to do the replacement, and upon flushing, water still came through, a lot of it. The technicians said it was because the flange was old and needed to be replaced by a lead pouring professional. (Foreshadowing---this toilet was installed improperly) On 7/28/23 Darius (FSHAC) came to our home to pour the lead flange. Upon completion of his work, Darius claimed the subfloor was the problem as it was still massively flushing water through the floor. (Foreshadowing--the lead pour was not the issue, neither was the subfloor) On 8/24/23 Chuck (private contractor, see invoice) fixed the problem in 10 minutes by correctly installing the toilet with a wax ring. So, we asked for a full refund. 4 Seasons has drug this out for over four weeks now. They offered me a $200 credit toward future work, then $300 cash, then $400 cash as their final offer. I asked, “What is the $400 supposed to be fixing? Because the services weren’t correctly performed, your technicians did the work wrong and charged me for work that was completely unnecessary.” They said, “Well, we would have liked to have come out and fixed it ourselves.” I responded, “That wasn’t possible given that your technician diagnosed this as a problem with the subfloor and said we needed to find a contractor that did woodworking.” There was a brief moment where I thought about accepting the $400--they said it was contingent upon me signing a release--a release stating I would remove all public reviews within 24 hours. Hold on, is this HUSH MONEY NOW!? I’d expect a lot more for that. So, again, I ask, how is $400 fixing anything? It isn’t. For a company that brags about being BBB approved, insured, trained, and everything else, I don’t see how this is acceptable treatment. Fix your wrong. Train your technicians better. Accept that you made a colossal mistake and own up to it so we can move forward. 9/27--They said “We can’t promise anything. I’ll let my managers know you’re still not happy. $400 with a signed release is our final offer at this time.” Dear Four Seasons, Once again, we kindly request a refund in the amount of $1877 as the services provided by Four Seasons Heating and Cooling were not completed. Please see the attached invoice and professional statement by Chuck, the contractor that ultimately got the job done correctly.

Great company, which can be a surprise when it's a big one with lots of advertising. WIth coupons they are well within reason and the technicians are always professional and do not try to 'push' services on you.

Service tech was courteous and explained everything he was doing as he went along.

The people at Four Seasons are always so helpful and knowledgeable. The keep the lines of communication open. The technician arrives on time. He performs his work quickly and accurately while being friendly and respectful. I feel that he made appropriate recommendations and we will proceed with his advice. I would highly recommend them.

Everything was done the way your technician explained it, he was presentable and courteous and cleaned up after himself , would recommend anybody to get it done, next is my furnace maintenance.

We were very happy with the services provided by Four Seasons. They do their best to accommodate my schedule, keep me update with the time they will be coming and are very professional when they come in to do the service.

I have been a Four Seasons customer for about 20 years, and normally I have been very pleased with their performance and responsiveness. This last encounter has been a disaster from the start as described below. I am happy to say however, that Four Seasons Customer Service reached out to me to rectify the issue, which was satisfactorily enough for me to revise my rating. My AC issue was mis-diagnosed resulting in unnecessarily having to endure 90 plus degree temperatures for four days. Mind you, this occurred 5 weeks after my tune up. I was told the compressor needed replacement, then my appointment to install a new one was cancelled because the parts were not in and nobody notified me. The first person I spoke to about the missed appointment gave me an attitude and no resolution. Second diagnosis by two technicians was the coil had a leak. Another day of 90 degree waiting and had the coil replaced by a third technician. I am still not sure that my AC has been fixed however because after three hours of running the unit it did not feel like it was blowing cold air as it used to. Hard to tell as the temperatures have been too low to use the AC. Hopefully we will have a warm spell so I can know for sure and I will change my review to recommend.

Just had a humidifier installed onto my furnace and work was completed safely, cleanly and efficiently.

The pro did a good job, outside of being late.

They were early, efficient and explained everything thoroughly to make sure I understood everything!! We would recommend and use them again!!

The company's financing options are far from satisfactory. They seem to employ misleading tactics by promoting a 0% interest rate for a 72-month period, only for me to discover through my calculations that they were actually imposing a staggering 25% interest rate. To compound the issue, they insisted on financing the entire purchase, despite my willingness to provide a $6,000 upfront payment. Despite my efforts to address these concerns with the bank, the finance team continued to avoid providing satisfactory explanations. Consequently, I opted to purchase only the AC unit and paid upfront to steer clear of the hidden interest rate trap. In addition to the financial complications, I encountered issues with the initial installation service. After scheduling a service, I had to endure a two-day wait for a new technician. The initial technician candidly admitted to lacking experience and feeling uncomfortable with the installation process. My decision to rate them three stars is primarily attributed to the commendable efforts of the sales representative and the competence demonstrated by the second technician who ultimately installed my AC unit.

Had our AC replaced in our home. They did a great job and were very efficient. Have worked with them before and will continue to work with them in the future for any repairs/replacements.

The technicians that I had come to my rental homes were fantastic. Each visit I learned something new from the technicians. They're very polite and sociable. They not only checked the AC out, but they took the panels off and sprayed the coils with a hose to remove the buildup of debris. The technician also found a Capacitor that was not within working margins and replaced it as a part of my warranty.

Always very professional and on time. They took care of our clogged toilet in minutes. While the technician was there he also offered to measure the rough in case we ever wanted a new toilet. Good info and great service!

We needed a new furnace and we also a family emergency, our "Special NEEDS Son" was in the hospital with aa very serious problem. We asked the management of FOUR SEASONS HEATING & AIR CONDITION to continue with the installation. WITHOUT fail the installed both our Furnace and Air Conditioning while we were with our son, when I returned home, to my suprise the furnace was working and it was "like" we magically had a new furnace which just appeared, AND IT WORKS ! This was very special--- our family problem was cared for by a GREAT TEAM! It has been over six monthss now and we are now enjoying the AIR with a unusual hot summer! Thanks FOUR SEASONS!!!

Four seasons came the same day we called them and found our problem. They set up an appointment for the next day and even called us and made it earlier. They came and took care of our problem and everything has been working fine since.
