Mario The Technician Came Coronavirus Prepared With Mask Gloves And Boot Protection. He Checked Everything Out And Got My Furnace Working Correctly Now I Have Heat Again, Also Had My Air Conditioner Maintenance So I Will Be Ready For Summer When It Comes. .So Glad I Called Four Seasons. The technician found a problem with the igniter within the first couple of minutes. Immediately discussed it with me and got the necessary parts to fix it. Very professional, knows what he is doing, and went above and beyond to ensure the furnace is in very good condition. I have high confidence that my 20 year old furnace will last for another decade. Been working with Four Seasons for 10 years and they have only sent me top notch HVAC professional techs.

Technician was prompt, respectful of the "new normal" observing social distance and wearing a mask. He is polite and professional and gave me a complete description of A/C conditions and work performed. As always impeccable work.

Terrible. The technician said he couldn’t do it because the furnace was on the roof. He said he couldn’t do anything over 20 feet. His supervisor was no help, so I’m still without heat on my second floor.

Both the furnace and central air conditioner were inspected and cleaned. Everything went smoothly and work was performed in approximately 1 1/2 hours. Appointment was scheduled for anytime between 8 AM and 1 PM. Technician arrived at 9 AM

It was great. The guy that came was named Mike and he was very nice and very professional. He arrived at the promised time. He had shoe covers, a mask and gloves on. Only entered my house one time. Cleaned and did everything in a decent amount of time. I was very happy and satisfied with the whole process. Would definitely recommend them to perform services again. It's not the first time I've used them. I always get the same consistent service. Always on time, always call before to let you know when they will arrive and call when they are in front. Never had any problems. Great company.
