excellent job..no mess was made and they were very pleased they also installed our new furnace when our heat was out

Very well. The workers were very professional & did a excellent job installing, detailing and with clean up. They were nice and friendly.

Tech came inspected found coil had a leak. Told him it’s under warranty. He called his supervisor, sup said it’s a 1 year warranty. Charged me service fee and left. Called office, office confirmed it’s still under warranty and would send out a tech. Tech finally showed up at 8:45 pm. Asked him if he had the coil to replace leaking coil, he says no and he is just here to service the A/C. Been trying to get a hold of someone to get answers, no return call from anyone. Really ****** off. Now it’s been a week since I have been dealing with a hot house. Unacceptable Four Seasons, would not recommend them to anyone!

The Four Season technician was punctual, dressed professionally and very courteous. He answered all my questions and complete the service quickly.

It was ok but the air does not cool my upstairs like I wanted before I purchased the unit that I was told it would cool upstairs.

Well I thought it went fine until later that day I get a call from the manager bob talking about I I possibly have a leak well why was I not told that by the man that was here why would you suggest freon only for it to leak out and when I called. Four season back today, because it is smoldering in my house because the air conditioning is no longer working I'm now being told that it was suggested that I get a leak repair kit which I was not I was told that I needed Freon and that was it if I was told I needed the leak repair kit I would have asked how much and had it done while he was here!!! I had them to repair my heating system once before and they ended up doing something similar leaving here without doing the job completely because they ended up coming back and installing a part that would have been necessary for my heat to work and they ended up having to waive the fees for the labor and the part! So they screw this location over a total of three times but no more!

The service seemed great at first, but as soon as the temperature hit 84 degrees outside and our brand new ac wouldn’t cool lower than 75 -76 we new we were in trouble. The people at the time of service talked about the “24 hour availability” being a great advantage of buying with 4 seasons.. yeah great, but they dont want to send a tech out until Tuesday. The duct is damaged, the condensation line is leaking and the unit itself isn’t plum. Worst experience ever .

I was very pleased with the installation. The two technicians acted professionally and appeared to be technically knowledgeable. They were communicative and polite. They wore shoe coverings and covered the light colored stairs and family room carpeting with drop cloths to avoid getting them dirty. Because of COVID-19 requirements, they wore masks and gloves.

The technician was on time, very professional. I received a call afterwards making sure services were provided to our expectations. We have used four seasons for the last 11 years, and have always had great service.

Well done but l felt the amount was too much

The technician arrived on time and was cordial and thorough. He explained each step of the process and what he found in good condition and what needed attention. He answered all of my questions about other future options I was considering. He was very knowledgeable and polite.

The service person came out the same day that I called and completed all of the work efficiently. He was polite and left the area as clean as he found it. $89.95 per unit for spring AC maintenance for a total of $180. Plus approximately $160 for HVAC inspection and remediation of minor problems

Fantastic! Shawn was great! Highlights: curtesy call prior to arrival, patient, knowledgeable, efficient, tidy, professional. 11/10 would recommend Shawn. Returning to this survey because this site is requiring me to create an account before I submit my review. The only reason I’m going to do that is because I want Shawn to get some sort of recognition. This is an extra step that deters many. Please consider using an alternative site to gather reviews.
