Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

Very well. Four Seasons responded very quickly and nicely to an issue I had with my compressor not working. I have been using Four Seasons for ten years and have full confidence i their service and will recommend them to anyone for their responsiveness and professional approach. The rep who came, Mike, showed up right away and found the problem quickly. Very knowledgeable guy and very polite and friendly. Cool again thanks to Four Seasons🙂 Don. Algonquin

Said they wouldn't come to Michigan City. Even though I see multiple reviews from customers from Michigan City and the LaPorte Indiana areas. They said they didn't service Michigan City area. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Very good, serviceman was on time, he called that he was on his way approximately 25mins later he was ring my door bell. He put on shoes cover, wore a mask very professional.

I purchased a new furnace and A/C system from them a few years ago, and have them perform the annual maintenance on the system. They are very professional and courteous, and my system has been performing beautifully.

We were experiencing problems with our central air conditioning unit. It was running, however, it did not cool the condo fast enough. The Four Seasons Technicians arrived on time, very professional, thorough explanation of what was wrong with the unit, and provided solutions on how to fix the unit. He was very helpful in helping me negotiate for a new coil and A/C unit. He was dressed in protective covering during COIVD-19. I would use Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning again. I was very happy with their service.

The work was done quickly and the technician was professional and all my questions were answered. Once again the window of service was 8am - 1pm but he didn’t get there until 1:45. Nobody calls to give you any kind of update saying they will be running late. This is a perpetual problem I have with them. Not the technician’s fault , the office needs to figure this problem out.

Technician called as promised before arrival and was on time. He performed all work in a timely fashion and cleaned up all work areas. We have used this company to install our furnace and air unit ten years ago. We have each unit serviced once a year. Their employees are professional, appropriately dressed, polite, and respectful of our home. They always explain what work has been done and any potential problems. Prices are fair.

Pretty bad was told at time of sale it would cool my upstairs guarantee so I put in new system which is not cooling my upstairs and had to go buy a portable air conditioner to solve the problem. Could have saved a lot of money instead of installing a whole new system.

I live out in the out in the boonies and the technician came out to service the unit for our warranty. It was fast, easy, and painless.

The air conditioner was replaced in a timely manner, but there was then a problem with the air exchange (furnace). The air is now working well, but the air handler still has an issue.

Everything actually went wonderful… just in time for the heat today.
