Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

Made the call to get repairman out to correct a/c issue. Four Seasons was there within the hour. The tech figured out the problem and all is good.

They sent an hvac repairman I needed a plumber. Hvac guy tried to get a plumber sent without a charge but he was told to collect $85. He asked if I wanted a plumber sent. U wasn’t going to pay them twice.

Service was punctual and done thoroughly, in a timely fashion, with excellent professionalism.

I have used Four Seasons for only a short period of time but have been impressed with their responsiveness, knowledge and fair pricing. I previously one of the far north HVAC providers and switched to Four Seasons when I was unable to book a timely appointment with my previous provider. Not only did Four Seasons meet my needed schedule, they were significantly less expensive for their quality work. I have recommended Four Seasons to others and I would do so again.

Great he already knew walking up our driveway what the problem was going to be . After fixing the problem he came in and checked over the air conditioning setup in the crawl space filters wires connections any water leaking . Very good made job was done correctly . Was going to be in the 90s in Friday . Our air went out on Thursday night . I called about noon on Friday and they said someone would come within about four hours and they would call first . Was great they came within two hours fixed and house had air working already !! Great job! Nice man came out with experience about his job ..

Absolutely atrocious company. My pregnant wife was by herself as I was not home and our air conditioning went out. Four seasons had a tech come out to look at it to see if it was worth getting a repair done or to purchase a new one. They charged $85 just to come out. Then, the guy quoted $1304 as the cost to repair it and we did not want to do it. My wife had to make the decision as I was not home and unable to communicate consistently at the time. He basically manipulated and deceived my PREGNANT wife into doing the repair as the tech said we can use that as credit for a new one. At this point our concern was they could overprice the new unit and pigeon hole us into having to use them for a new unit. He promised that wouldn’t be the case as they would be able to price match competitor pricing as I would not have done the repair without that guarantee. And what do you know? The quote they provided was $4,900 and the first competitor quote I receive was for $2,900. Literally $2,000 less! And they are unwilling to match it. They refuse to and only offered to come down to $4,300. Still not even remotely competitive to other competitors in the area. So all in all, four seasons is built with deceitful people willing to take advantage of any customer they possibly can. There pricing is severely uncompetitive and they have no problem lying to you and not owning up to their word. Use at your own risk.... but, I would recommend avoiding at all costs!!!!

The technician was very good, very professional, and courteous. I liked that he used slip covers for his shoes, since we take off our shoes in the house. While he was cleaning the furnace, he informed me that the blower capacitor needed to be replaced because it was operating at 5% instead of a minimum recommended of 7%. He charged $279, which I thought was high. I wanted it done ASAP so I agreed to the price. Also I was not told in advance I was going to be charged $85 just to have him look at the AC condensers, which he could not service because they needed refrigerant. He was also going to charge $1,500 just to check for leaks and add refrigerant. We consulted our contractor, who was doing work in our house, who said this price was ridiculous and sent his HVAC technician to fix the problem for free. I don’t plan on hiring or recommending Four Seasons.

Excellent! Our service tech Ceasar was professional, knowledgeable, and kept safety at the forefront during this Covid-19 era. I will definitely recommend Four Seasons to family and friends! Keep up the good work!

Our technician was great - unfortunately the sales person who did the initial inspection and quote got dimensions wrong so it took 2 days to install b/c dimensions were miscalculated. I felt it could have been easier getting payment made through our Wells Fargo (WF) home improvement LOC. The office person insisted I had to apply for a new line of credit and would not call WF as I requested...twice. So I spent about 20 min with WF and 20 min with 4 Seasons to explain what I’d asked them to do in the first place. Turns out they were wrong. I just thought the customer service was lacking there, especially when I WANT to pay you $4100 Again, our Tech Chris was great and very thorough, accommodating and professional. His colleagues were not as helpful. And for Pete’s sake, make all your guys wear masks! Only Chris did.

The technician misdiagnosed the issue. The individual stated that the issue for lack of cool air was a broken fan motor and quoted $1200 for the repair. Same day another contractor looked at the unit and said the issue was simply a blown capacitor and charged me $200. Air is working perfectly now. Be aware Four Seasons is scam!

Tech was here right at the beginning of the arrival window! Was courteous, professional and personable. Have used 4 Seasons many times and would definitely go with them again!

Horrible would never use them again they where late for the appointment.then after the work was completed I feel air coming out of the vents so I’m thinking that they hooked the central air back up correctly but 5 hours later it’s still85 degree in the house.i called to see if I can get someone out to fix the issues since they do 24 hours service and get told that I would have to wait 48 hours for there mistake!!!! Not good so after I complain was told they will have a tech call me tonight to troubleshoot 2 hours later call no call. $2500. Cash later never again I should of went with polar thought four season was better but was I wrong . Then the customer service reps jay and Jocelyn was rude and not helpful keep putting me on hold and calling me a ms after told them that I was a man not a female 3 times.keep asking me to verify my phone 10 times why????????

Four Seasons is egregiously expensive, lacks a sense of urgency and any transparency of cost. Instead of assessing the job and having someone come out and knock it out all at once - I was forced into Four Seasons scheduling a guy to come out multiple days (5 separate appointments over 4 days) at the end of each day. My outage was extended for FOUR DAYS due to Four Seasons failing to just schedule the person to come out and knock the job out. This experience has been utterly ridiculous. I have no idea how this is an efficient business model to have to guy drive out day after day after day and leave me without service for multiple days. I WILL NEVER EVER CALL FOUR SEASONS AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. My technician had to run to get some parts at a store minutes away and didn't come back for over an hour! Awful. Just awful. And the price gouging is way out of line as well. Oh, and they charged me close to $2,000 !!!!!!! With Four Seasons, you are not a customer... you are their hostage!

I typically have my furnace and my Air conditioner checked yearly. The gentleman who came to my house appeared very knowledgeable explained and demonstrated with testing kit the need to replace the capacitor- life time warranty. I did not hesitate, have been working with four seasons overall happy experience each time.

Fixed quickly and completely. Four Seasons always does top quality work.

Called for service the night before. Told customer service AC was not working correctly and I had their 89 coupon. Was TD it would be 85 dollars. When the technician came and looked at unit, was told 85 was for the service call and an additional 89 dollar to clean, 95 for the freon and 79 for putting in the freon. Don't use this company as their fees are outrageous.

Outstanding. Courteous and efficient customer service agents and knowledgeable service techs. Have used this company for over 15 years and they are the best in the business!
