Went okay. Based on some of my past tuneups, I felt like the tech could have done a little more. For example, tech had no vacuum to clean the bottom of inside the furnace. I am not sure he did any cleaning of the INSIDE of my central air unit either, but he did a great job using the hose to clean the side vents, etc., with the garden hose. Also not sure if he ever used that device with the hoses and gauge usually used to check pressure or is it Freon? For $89.95 for each (central air and furnace), I expect a super thorough job. I can’t get around these tuneups or I will void my warranty. I want to feel uber confident I am getting my moneys worth. Tech was super nice and very professional!

System thoroughly inspected for all possibilities. Drainage line cleaned, freon pressure and output temperature checked and calibrated. System is under warranty so no charges. Technician (Dominick) very professional, polite, prompt, knowledgeable and thorough.

It didn't 900 dollars to drill 3 holes and install about 20ft of pipe and shut off please your got to be kidding prices way out of line

Very well they young man a did his job fixed thermostat for me and cleaned ac and checked hot water heater. All were fine.

Installers of new lennox furnace broke thermostat and tried to fix. After 6 installers over 3 days, and one night staying 6 hours until 10 pm, the furnace still not operational with thermostat. Customer service claims they want to make customer satisfied , but after 4 calls and emails, still no resolution. Still waiting for call back. Concerning since hubby and I are in vulnerable health populations for covid. We are concerned at how difficult a process this continues to be. Simple installation still not resolved with customer satisfaction. For such high end prices, buyer beware. I have had lennox ac for a couple years with company but quality has significantly declined over last few years. Can not recommend particularly fir service at this premium price.

Tech called before he arrived. He was very friendly and polite. He did the work quickly and professionally. I will defiantly recommend Four Seasons to all my friends and family.

It was efficient and timely. Called on a Saturday morning and Kyle came out later that day to fix our toilet. Very quick and gave us tips so we would avoid the problem going forward. Personable service as well.

The installation of the faucet handle for the bathtub was not properly fixed and it blew off, water continuously runs and couldn't be put off, the bath tub and the 2nd Floor to the 1st floor to the garden floor got flooded and the water meter had gone up to 17000 gallons of water wasted within 3 - 4 hours. So they came back and fixed the faucet but it still leaks and they didn't fixed the problem properly as they should have, as they were contracted and paid for. We had GCPRO to assess the damage, and they have estimated $28541.90 to totally repair the damage that was caused, plus I just noticed that a mold problem had started from the water that settled under the building and an hole on the side of the build where the leakage had started. Their insurance company, provided me an estimate damage repairs for $13692.57, however they sent me a claim release form with claim # 173846-GI to release of any claims beyond the $13692.57, I haven't signed the release claim and they refuse to negotiate with me, in fact Nationwide Mutual Insurance flashed Harley's Ville Lake States Insurance Company, to cover the insurance but refused to renegotiate and even threatens to close claims and bully me out, if I don't sign the release claims form. Harley's Ville even sent out 2 different adjustors from 2 different companies to check on the total damaged cost.

The tech called ahead. Showed up on time in uniform with ID and personally identified himself. He wore proper PPE...mask and gloves. He was very thorough in cleaning the furnace and AC unit. Answered every question. He cleaned, vacuumed, checked sensors and capacitors on the furnace. He took apart the AC unit and washed and scrubbed the coils all around the perimeter, checked the compressor, etc. He was very knowledgeable. We have been dealing with 4 Seasons for a few years now and have been happy. They have a 24 hour answering service...which is good.

The technician was knowledgeable, punctual and patient. He took his time resolving the issue and ensured we would not have to go another day without AC.

Not only great service, pricing, and instalation for my new AC compressor but when high winds pulled down power lines onto the house, Victor quickly called the fire department when smoke, sparks and flames were on the roof. He then came back to the house came back to warn me about what was happening outside. His quick thinking probably saved the house and he left me with a flashlight! How can you provide better service than that?

It went very well. They were very professional . A great job they did ! They were able to get me a discount on a new HVAC which turned out to be a lot less than the original price of the unit !
