Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

Very timely in coming out to give us a quote and in getting the work done. The completed work was great. Went above and beyond by reinforcing parts of the ductwork that was not affected. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. Did not make a mess bringing equipment in, cleaned up after work was done. In the past, they also replaced a furnace and a water heater, and we recommended them to our daughter for their furnace and A/C, and they were very pleased with the work and price also.

On time, all Covid requirements met, courteous, professional, clear explanation of any concerns (boiler system is getting on in years so prepare for possible problems or failure). Service techs are always superb. New heating/cooling system installed 3 years ago and crew that did that work was also excellent.

The technician informed me the humidistat required replacing and the price was $430 after the coupon. After some research I found out the part replaced cost around $30 on Amazon. It only took the tech 20 minutes to replace it. The price charged for this repair was absolutely ridiculous. I will use extreme caution with Four Seasons in the future regarding suggested repairs if that is their standard practice to gouge their customers.

The service call went very well. I did have a question about my warrantee and the tech did his best to get me an answer. He was told that I will need to get the info directly from the home office, which is the only outstanding issue. The service itself was perfect.

Pathetic... Please avoid going to FourSeasonsHeating and Cooling, They used to be so much better. I had my furnace replaced with them few years back and that had gone so very well. The service has deteriorated significantly now. This summer in June, they installed a brand new A/c (9K) and it went dead within 3 months. And since early Sep i've been bumped around to get the A/C under warranty fixed. They said they needed to order parts, and dint bother to give me a call. I sat for a week waiting their call and had to follow up with the customer service for an appointment. Then they sent a tech who showed up and left without completing the job, indicating the job wasnt scheduled properly (not a one man job). Then the 3rd day i was scheduled for a tech to come onsite between 12 and 4, nobody showed up until 5. And the 2 techs couldn't complete the job until late night, they again mentioned that the customer service dint schedule it right, since such a huge job should have been an 8 am appointment. Another reschedule and am still waiting for the tech to come and get my a/c back up and running. Unless you have loads of patience, time and willing to put up with terrible service, please dont go to them.

We’ve used Four Seasons in the last and they always do a great job. The technician, Thomas, was very pleasant and professional. We should have had the vents cleaned years ago.

The Tech saw that the rubber conduit that connects the wiring to the fan came loose from the fan and when it shout off it hit the fan and made a rubbing noise The Tech checked the disconnect and pushed it securely

I noticed the plant when I was going to my house and the plant had wrapped around the wire at least 4 times I called and they gave me an appointment with a 4 hour time line and the guy was here within an hour and half. He called me when he was close and then when he was here. The plant was pulled out and he did what was needed had me turn on the air watched it run for 15 minutes and that was it. The man was very nice very polite asked if I had any other questions about the problem . I enjoyed the way he did the job very upbeat man. Sorry don't know how to take a picture with my phone

Very well. Smith explained the root cause of the issue and cost to fix before proceeding. He fixed the issue in about an hour or so. He will come back in a month to make sure there is no Freon leak. I appreciate his professional and friendly approach in performing his duties.
