Have used them for many years now. Never had a problem. Courteous, do a good job

On Friday, Oct. 2, 2020, three young men came to install my new electric heating/cooling system. (Lennox Air Handler CBA25UH-036 and Lennox 13ACXN-036) They called before they came and came on time, as well. They were friendly and polite and were very respectful of my property and put down floor coverings over my carpeting. They all wore shoe coverings and masks (due to Covid-19). One man worked out on my deck installing the air conditioner, and mainly one other young man worked on installing the furnace with the assistance of one of the men at times. It seemed like one of the three men was in training. Due to the fact that the new furnace was rather large for the small closet area where it needed to fit in to, the young man who was mainly installing the furnace was able to overcome the challenges that he faced with the help of one of the other men and he was able to fit it in. Thankfully they did not need to drill any extra holes into the ceiling or walls to install the furnace and I was very thankful for that! They were there for at least eight hours. I was hoping that I would finally have heat that day, but I was told that the heat exchange part was cracked and they would have to send someone else out to install the new part. Before leaving, they cleaned up everything and did not leave anything at all behind for me to deal with. They also ran the air conditioner for quite some time to make sure that it was working properly, which I was thankful for because it's very important for technicians to make sure that each job is done properly before moving on to the next one. Since the job was not yet completed I only paid a little over half of the price that was due to be paid and would pay the remaining amount when the job was completely done. A woman from Four Seasons Customer Service called me later that day letting me know that someone could come that night between 9p.m. and midnight, but I chose to wait until the next day for someone to come out to install the part. She was very pleasant and helpful. On Saturday, October 3, 2020, technician, Santino M. called to let me know that he would arrive at my home soon to install the part. He was also very respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings (as well as a mask). He was very friendly, kind, and caring and did an excellent job of installing the new part. He carefully read the instructions and checked and rechecked all the wiring to make sure that everything was installed properly. It was a blessing to finally have heat! He made sure that my furnace was working well for me before he left and he also gave me helpful tips, providing me with some information that I needed to make sure that my system would work well for me for many years to come. He provided excellent customer service to me, as well, going above and beyond normal good customer service by taking a few extra minutes and leading me step by step in applying for my Lennox warranty online before he left. I would definitely give Santino M. a five plus star rating on his installation and for his kindness and excellent customer service! Thank you so much, Santino! As a whole I was very satisfied with the service that I received from Four Seasons Heating And Air Conditioning in Chicago. Although I was very concerned at first after reading some of the reviews regarding what some customers experienced dealing with other Four Seasons Heating And Air Conditioning companies in other areas, so far I have found this Chicago based company to be very caring about their customers and they seem to do their very best to provide fair and affordable prices for their customers and very good customer service. I did sign up for the extended 12 year warranty, so if I do have any issues in the future with this company I will update this review to express any concerns that I may have.

The serviceman was prompt, was wearing a mask, very courteous, had a clean uniform on, put booties on as he entered my home. He worked efficiently and my furnace is now purring like a kitten. Job well done! I will call Four Seasons in the spring to service my A/C.

I just avoided an unnecessary $8000 charge from Four Seasons Heating Plumbing and Air Conditioning. I had contacted them to do annual servicing on my boiler. They came out and their "technician" (salesman) told me he was getting a reading of 4-5 parts per million for carbon monoxide near my boiler, and that the castings were leaking and that was causing the CO, and I need to have my boiler replaced. He also said that he needed to turn off the gas for the boiler so I couldn't use it, but that I could watch him turn it off so I could turn it back on. Then he proceeded to give me an estimate of $10,000 to replace the boiler...but wait....he needed to call into the office to see if he could get me a discount. So, they asked me if there were any "senior citizens, military, first responders, blah blah blah" in the household. I told them I'm 56...does that count as a senior? Then they told me they'd go ahead and give me the senior discount and lowered the price to $7,900. He asked me when I wanted to schedule. I said I wanted to get other opinions. I called another (smaller) company and their guy came out and said he was getting a reading of ZERO CO and there was NOTHING WRONG with my boiler. He cleaned the burners and did the annual servicing for $125. He also said that if they had to replace the boiler, they would have done it for around $5500. Finally, he told me that Four Seasons pay their "technicians" (salesmen) a low wage, but pay them COMMISSION on anything they sell...and that if you don't sell enough, they stop giving you jobs. Oh, and I checked the EPA website and a CO reading of 4-5 PPM is practically nothing. A properly adjusted stove will read 5-15 PPM for CO.

The crew was on time and very professional and friendly. They ran into a couple of issues and the stayed late to make sure the installation was done correctly. Very happy with Four Seasons.

The gentleman were very polite and educated me on how to properly take care of my furnace for future maintenance and care.

The Four Seasons technician arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection and cleaning of our furnace. He answered all our questions and offered advice on how to keep the furnace running properly during cold weather. We have used Four Seasons for many prior services in the heating, ventilating, and plumbing areas and have never had a problem. That is why we will continue to use them in the future.

We scheduled an appt with 4S. The person came out and said they could put in a water softener. They said they would get us a quote and could get started the next week. We NEVER heard from him again. I emailed directly, called but never heard back. How is that professional? How do companies get away with that kind of service? If they did want our money, that is fine but be professional.

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning installed our Lennox HVAC system in 2005 and they’ve maintained it since. This year technician, Mark S., completed our tune-up. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. During his thorough inspection, he discovered a weak run capacitor and replaced it. He worked proficiently and it was obvious he enjoyed his work. Thanks again Mark for your quality service. You’re a true ambassador for Four Seasons. We are now confident our furnace is ready the task at hand.

Unfortunately, the Furnace needed three major repairs. Replaced furnace. More cost effective. Representatives were very knowledgeable, transparent, courteous and professional. (My brother does this work). This is why I have used this company for 15 years.

I was very pleased with Four Seasons’ efforts to repair our furnace. We returned from a vacation on a Sunday afternoon and Fiur Seasons got someone our home by 6 p.m. and they stayed until they had the system working again at 9 p.m. I was very pleased with their work, both on Sunday and later in the week when they returned to finish the job after a key part arrived from a supplier. Great job!

My thermostat panel burned out. I was under warranty, fortunately. The panel was no longer being made so they replaced it with an upgraded thermostat panel at no cost. All I paid for was Labor. I have been using FourSeasons for many years and although they are a bit pricey, they are very professional and always get the job done. They also replaced the Circuit board on my furnace at no cost.
