Technician arrived right on schedule, he also called before he arrived. He performed the furnace checkup, and then cleaned up furnace interior. Very professional. I would definitely use them again for all my heating and air products.

Workers came in the morning and stayed until job was completed at 11pm. The were professional and courteous.

Unfortunatelly I decided to go with this company to install a new furnace. Behind of being overcharged and paying $7000, the technician came installed it and broke something and my basement was totally flooded since then. I tried to call them but they said they have no technician ready to send over. I have waited and I was cleaning the water in the basement and I got the information that the technician called and as I did not picked up they went through. Now I am waiting as next technician can come between now and as they said do not know what time. So I overpayed $5000 for something that cost less than this. I have to pay $1200 to clean my new carpet that is completely destroyed and I will have to probably Put it in the garbage.

The technician was very courteous and efficient. He noticed a part that was not working as effectively as it should, and explained the problem in terms I understood. It was a stock part that he carried on his truck so he fixed it on the spot. Now our furnace is guaranteed for the winter!
