My tech Miguel was awesome! He's diagnosed my issue quickly, although it took several hours to complete with testing and validation. He walked me through what to expect after repairs, and was right on the money. This was my first time dealing such an issue, Miguel made it easy to decide what course of actions to take, I couldn't have asked for more.

Went well furnace was vacuumed and adjusted accordingly checked both filters ( furnace and humidifier) raised temperature to see if unit was working and still worked after he made his adjustments

Rudy Borland very professional very knowledgeable he new exactly what he is doing he explained detail to me which very appreciate he is good asset for your company the guy who came firs to do the work he cut corner doesn’t know nothing I think he changed me over very sad

Dealt with a few of the technicians from the company over the years and they have all been great interactions and were helpful in every instance!

Our furnace broke down last week, I had 3 estimates with other companies. However, were pleased with the warranty and coverage offered by Four Seasons Heating and Cooling. The installation process truly EXCEEDED my expectations. Both techs arrived on time and respected COVID-19 guidelines- very knowledgeable, courteous, went above and beyond with removing old furnace and installing new one. Previous company that installed our old furnace made multiple errors, but Jermaine (tech) had a great deal of patience throughout the difficult challenges in replacement (moving gas pipe, electrical wiring, vent pipes, etc.). He would keep me up to date on the process throughout the day. You'll definitely be lucky if you're scheduled with this AMAZING tech! After a week with no heat I finally have a very warm house and I'm a super happy customer!

Terrible. A few years ago I had Four Seasons install a humidifier, That went fine. A short time after installation the Humidifier began to leak into the heater and we had to replace the entire heater. When we did that, the technician noticed that the pad in the humidifier was chocked up with solids from the water. I had purchased two inline water filters and at our next maintenance review, The Four Seasons technician rerouted the copper tubing, and installed the two water filters I had purchased. At our next fall review, I had purchased two new filters and asked the technician to replace the two water filters with the new ones I had just purchased. He said 'Fine - no problem and proceeded to replace the water filers. Today was our next Fall review and I had the water filters ready to be installed. I was taking a nap and when the technician arrived he said that there would be a charge of $179 fir gun ti do that so my wife declined. When I got up from my nap, my wife related the story of the technicians not installing the water filters. I have not called four seasons about this yet, but I will. I checked my email and there was an email from Four Seasons requesting a review for the work that had just been done. There was no place on their email to tell this story. There were however links to Angie's List and a couple of other places to tell my story. We have been using Four Seasons since 2014 when we had replace the air conditioner. after the water from the humidifier leaked into the heating portion of the unit, I had to replace the heating portion and Four seasons did that. I have been using Four Seasons ever subce we gad to replace the air conditioner this is the first and only issue I have had with them

I was very satisfied with this job. I called them on Friday afternoon at 4 PM and they were able to have a technician at my home at 8 AM Saturday morning. I thought they offered a reasonable price. The technician called to confirm his arrival time and he did arrive on time. Luis V. was clean and very personable and professional. He handled the job quickly and got it done to my satisfaction. He and his partner took care of my home in getting a 75 gal water heater in and out of my basement. I would recommend them and hire them again.

Serviceman was very friendly and made me at ease with what he was going to do and was available to explain anything he was doing.

Technician said I needed a new furnace and quoted me a press of $6000 with senior and first responders discount, I got a second quote and was told all I needed was a cleaning of the furnace and a new thermostat and furnace is working fine now didn’t need a new furnace after all, I felt he was misleading in his quote and tried to take advantage of me.

Work was great tech were very respectful

They got here early , with courtesy call. Were completely done in less than four hours... The price was actually very good. Place was clean and tidy after they finished the job. Explained to me how to set up the new thermostat. And the new unit is quiet and running beautifully. I will never use INTEGRITY HEAT AND COOLING.

Four Seasons HVAC always have highly qualified technicians to serve Chicagoland. Very professional, skilled and competitive price point. For our heating & cooling, hot water tank, sump & ejector pump, air duct & dryer vent cleaning - I always go then to repairs and maintenance.

The inspection went well but she couldn't afford the price.

Great!! Dave arrived within the agreed upon timeframe. He called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He presented appropriate identification. He very knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend FOUR SEASON'S or DAVE!!

Excellent. Tech called ahead to alert to his ETA. He arrived a few minutes earlier than estimated. Tech was appropriately masked for entry to the household. Work was done promptly. Area was left clean and in order. Tech offered a way to save on future visits. Courteous in completing the transaction for payment. Reminded me to lock the door as he was leaving.

This visit went very well! I was very impressed with how detailed and thorough the tech was. He was careful to be clean and neat. He was also kind, considerate, friendly, and exhibited excellent customer service skills. I am not only very satisfied once again with Four Seasons, but will also only use them for all my heating & cooling needs. They care about their customers! A+
