Amazing professional service start to finish. Got a text this morning with the name of our technician. He called a short time later to let me know he was 20 minutes away. He showed up 20 minutes later, and got right to work. Found some issues, explained my options, and took the actions I wanted. Worked quickly and efficiently. We used them last summer for our A/C as well and were equally thrilled with their service then.

The service was very good except for the clean up. The technician's hands were quite dirty and left marks on the walls by the vents. He only cleaned about 50% of the walls that hand black finger and hand prints.

Anthony was timely and professional. He was thorough and accurate. We used other companies and always call Four Seasons as they seemed to be the best.

The second team sent in to redo the duct work were beyond excellent, They were knowledgeable as to what needed to be done and then did the work quietly, cleaning up after they completed the work. I would highly recommend those two young men for any work I or anyone else needed to be done. I wish they had been assigned the entire job from the very onset.

On November 15th Chicago was hit with some extreme wind gusts that caused my water heater pilot light to extinguish. I thought this was a simple reset, but the problem was more complicated. I learned the electrode was defective. Had I undertaken this project as a DIY, I would have spent more time than I would have cared to try to figure out why I could not get a flame for my water heater. I was smart to call Four Seasons. My technician figured out the problem quickly. There are times when calling a professional makes sense. I am not an expert on water heaters outside of knowing how to turn it on, clean it periodically, and knowing when I need a new one. Thank you Four Seasons for responding quickly and bringing me hot water.

The serviceman was neat, clean, wore a mask and gloves and was respectful and got the job done reviewing everything at the end of the service call. Four Seasons does a great job of getting qualified employees. Can't say enough good about them.

They were able to schedule my furnace checkup and cleaning quickly, and their technician, Carl was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He called prior to arriving to let me know his arrival time. He explained what he was doing and what he was checking for, and made recommendations for filters and possible other services without being pushy or making me feel obligated. 4 Seasons also offers a 1-year "no breakdown" guarantee on their service. I love that! I believe they also offer the same guarantee with an air conditioner checkup and cleaning. They'll be hearing from me next Spring. I highly, highly, recommend 4 Seasons!

Four Seasons went our of their way for me today!!! I missed my call at 7:30a for my original appointment this morning and when I called to reschedule the young lady on the phone put me right back in the queue for service - TODAY!!! What company does that?? And as a BONUS, they sent the most friendly [and handsome] tech to take care of my furnace tune-up!! Four Seasons customer service is phenomenal and beyond expectations.
