Everything went well. The price was reasonable and discounts were added per the coupon I had received in the mail; the service call fee was also waived. The technician was polite and friendly, worked efficiently and made sure that I understood exactly what repairs and service were needed. He also asked me several times if I had any questions, answered my questions thoroughly and made sure that I understood the itemized costs for the services provided. I was very happy with the service provided.

The technician was very thorough and recommended a few items to keep my furnace working fine. Overall I was satisfied with service.

I thought that the water heater (boiler) had a failed thermostat, The tech immediately recognized that the water temp was not set high enough. He verified that all the valves were working correctly and that the water came up to temp. He taught me more about the system in 30 minutes than I was told when it was put it 15 years ago. Very professional service call.

The technician was very professional also I thought I need duct work but the technician completed the issue without any problems just needed the vent open very simple resolution. Thank you so much David Taylor.

Germar explained the causes of our problems without burdening us with “tech speak” and gave us a NON candy-coated assessment of our boiler. He was friendly and courteous, but more importantly empathetic when giving us the sad news that our boiler is just about toast.

The team that came was very professional. They wore their masks and called before they were scheduled to arrive. The work was done well and the humidifier makes a big difference. They also cleaned up after the work was done.

Just like all other appointments, the technician was curtious, clean and polite. He answered all questions/concerns that I had.

All went well until the technician told me I needed a new start capacitor for $279.00. I looked up the part online and it was$14.00. I have nothing against a reasonable markup but that’s excessive. I will not be calling them again.

Excellent- Michael Almore did an excellent job!! He was very friendly and professional. Michael introduced himself upon his arrival; he put on his shoe protectors; and we headed to the basement where he properly cleaned the Furnace. He changed my furnace filter and replaced my humidifier pad. I would highly recommend Michael Almore from Four Seasons HVAC

Rogelio or Roger was the fellow who came out and did an excellent job!!! He was very proffesional and clean. He really took his time and explained everything he did. He even gave me tips on a new type of air filter. I hope he always services our furnace!!!

Four seasons is very professional, The Serviceman that came to my home wore a mask, removed his shoe, he explained what he was doing ,showed before and after photos and there was no mess to clean up afterwards.
