Excellent! Serviced furnace and changed humidifier pad . Also cleaned hot water unit .

Good...the technician was helpful and provided some good advice on preventative maintenance.

It was a cluster..... from the start. It took 5 times to get the AC installed correctly. There was no communication between the salesman, office and the installers. The office staff told us they'd wave the $89 service charge for them to come out when we called 1 hour after the 2nd service tech left to complain the AC still wasn't level, centered on the pad and there were 2 extra couplings atop our circuit box. The initial installers weren't done after 8-1/2 hours(10:30pm) because they didn't have a specific tool-hence the 2nd installer the next day. The only reason we didn't give them a worse rating was this was in the middle of the July heat wave, they were working 14 hour days and they were the first company to call us back.

It went very well. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. He called ahead to provide an ETA and arrived within the ETA window. After installing the thermostat, he even stayed to ensure both the thermostat and the furnace were working properly. I sincerely appreciate Four Seasons for sending such a competent technician.

Person they sent out was great. Very professional. However price for the job I want done was VERY EXCESSIVE. I know a few plumbers and even they said to expensive.

I was extremely pleased not just with the technician that came but with the customer service that was needed due to the price that was going to be charged to me and because I have been a long time customer of four seasons it was done at no charge after I requested I truly appreciate it all of the care they went into my service that day in this time of COVID-19 we have to work together and they truly worked with me I would hire them in a heartbeat

Spent 10 minutes checking furnace. Said it cost $2500 to repair. I said then lets cost out a new furnace. He spent about 10 minutes writing a quote for $6100 installed. Asked about getting better pricing, he hesitated and reduced by $200 to $5900. "Best I can do" This was for the least efficient model. I agreed we needed a furnace. When he left I checked with other dealers. To my surprise I received a quote FOR EXACT SAME FURNACE for $4100 Installed. $1800 LESS! I agreed to have other company install. When I cancelled with 4 Seasons they had a person ask why...I said found for much less...he said we can match WHATEVER IT IS. What CROOKS. I said NO. Now they want to charge me $85 for coming out. They WILL NOT GET PAID. They advertised FREE ESTIMATES. That is what this was. DO NOT call Four Seasons if you want a fair deal. Absolutely took advantage of the situation..

We love Four Seasons. Yesterday morning, our furnace was not working. We had three technicians visit: Miguel, Jose and Kyle. We needed a new one. I called at 6:30am and by 7:30pm we were up and running with our new furnace. Everyone is always professional and courteous. Thank you!

The technician tried to tell me it was from my walls being sanded. I have a furnace room with walls up to the ceiling and a door. So whe he discovered I wasn’t buying that idea he had to go to his truck and make a call. He come back and asked is a 2 year old furnace under warranty. He finally stated the gas valve needed to be replaced and then fixed it.

They were good, professional and friendly. They do what they're supposed to do and they're exceptional and I don't have any problem.
