Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

Our experience was highly satisfactory. We needed a new air conditioning unit and it was installed quickly and efficiently. The technicians were very professional and patiently answered all our questions.

Like Clockwork, Precise, Efficient, Turn-key ready, the results of my furnace tune-up in preparation for Jack Frost and our Winter Wonderland. My furnace's tune-up with Four Seasons will keep me warm and toasty with Comfy Braggin Rights this cold, winter season. Thanks Four Seasons.

The technician was accommodating answering any questions I had and also "showed" the basic of setting the new thermostat. Certainly knew what he was doing and all is working well. He also kept to the CDC rules of wearing a mask and keeping a social distance, yet I have been fully vaccinated.

We had never used Four Seasons before and thought to look them up having seen their vans on our block multiple times. I ultimately chose to have them come when they quoted $50 less than our incumbent HVAC servicer. Dariusz was accommodating and communicative the entire time and did a more thorough job than we'd previously been receiving. Definitely pleased with Four Seasons and will use them again.

Adam is a very professional and excellent technician! Although you may pay slightly more with 4 Seasons, working with a company that is reliable and responsive is very reassuring.

Horrible they did my furnace two months ago and since financing didn’t approve for both systems they promised I’d pay a particular price if purchased separately to give the bundle discount. They came giving me a price almost $1,300 over. Sent them home called a different company to get another estimate.

Everything was great. The guys were early, they explained what they would be doing, they were clean, and shoo me the completed work when done.

The service was fine. They called back the next day, and did a follow up.

They came to service in July, and then they repaired and fixed the UV Light in January free of charge.

Perfect! In time, advance notice the technician was on the way. He did a great job explaining the service and gave recommendations to ensure my warranty stays valid.

Over priced. Wanted to charge over $500 to upgrade/replace my faucet. Got the work done for less than half their price

The technician (Mark) that diagnosed our problem was very polite and professional, keeping us informed through the entire process. Since a part needed to be ordered he took care of that and had the part fast-tracked to us. The second technician (Casey) arrived minutes before the part arrived and had us up and running within 15 minutes. Very pleased with the service we received

Retracting my previous rating on 02/19/2021. The Tech was good, he fully answered my questions. The furnace is working very well. I has a misunderstanding with the filter replacement, however speaking with the Customer Care staff the matter was immediately cleared and I am happy with the results. I plan to hire Four Seasons for more projects as in chimney cleaning and installation of central ai.

My schedule was Feb 13 between 12pm to 5;00pm The technician came at 5;35 pm When he arrived I told him the unit just fired but still miss firing and right away he said I have to pay the service fee of $85.00 just because he was at the door I said furnace is still miss firing and will not fire up like it used too and I wanted him to look and check the furnace. I think he knew what was wrong because he was looking at the intake pipe with his snake camera but since the intake pipe goes to the crawl space and will require a lot of work and it is already almost 7:00 pm he said everything seems in good shape it only needs cleaning which cost $89.95 since we never had the furnace cleaned for 3 yrs. To make it short after the technician left the furnace worked for maybe and hour. Since I've seen it fire without the cover I have to take the furnace cover off the furnace so the furnace will fire at half the heat at maybe less than 70% capacity on a below zero night. I have to call the next day to complain They unclogged the intake pipe for $358 and made it sound like they did me a favor for not charging me the $85 that I already paid the first time they visit. Total cost of the whole ordeal $533 and a lot of stressful cold 2 days.

Tim came out promptly, made a diagnosis and explained it so that I could understand, and arranged for a replacement the following day. David and David arrived the following day on time and, unfortunately there was 3 feet of snow blocking their path to getting my boiler out and the heavy cast iron boiler in. They worked together to shovel a path, and then worked continuously through the day until the job was done. David did a great job of explaining the workings of the boiler and left the place mess-free.
