Four Seasons was prompt and professional. Their technicians were friendly and courteous and always kept us informed of arrival time, how long the job would take, etc. and they lived up to the time expectations.

Miguel was super professional patient & responsive!. Although, we didn't have the a.c replaced (yet) due to personal circumstances, the service provided from start to finish by Mr. Anaya was beyond excellence!! Will definitely call back when we're ready to proceed with a replacement.

Even though I knew this was going to cost me more than a few dollars, I still felt the sticker shock. I had used Four Seasons a few months prior to replace a burned out Universal Contactor in my AC unit. That was also a bit pricey. This time around, my thermostat was on the fritz, and needed to be replaced. I was hoping that they would waive the $85 Service Call considering this was an extension of the same problem, but no dice... Money aside, the service was top notch. Very professional. I was grateful for the fact that they were able to show up the same day, and I am now the proud owner of a brand new 'smart' thermostat for which I have paid top dollar. No doubt that it will enhance the resale value of my condo, not to mention the fact that I will get a rebate on my electricity bill. I can sleep easier knowing that my AC unit will be humming along for many years to come, and I will use them again in the future to clean my air ducts and dryer vent.

From calling for a quote, to scheduling installation, to the day of installation, every step was very efficient and pleasant. The technician was fabulous. Our unit is ageing and with the hot weather it was overworked and tripped them circuit breaker. He explained everything and showed me what was happening. The company had been out recently and did the complete checkup so the technician did not charge us. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons to neighbors, friends, and family.

Went very well! The tech - Ryan- took the time to show me the equipment used and an explanation of the services performed and even did some lite repair on the outside of the vent. I would highly recommend!

Called to time arrival . Was on time Serviced air cond. Installed new furn. filter Also changed battery in thermostat. Up to my expectations!! The tech. was a PRO. in his field .

Had them come for an AC tune up, also wanted a quote on a new furnace. The furnace sales person came first thing on Monday and when we agreed on price the installation technicians came a few hours later. Angel and Antonio did a great job kept me up to date on their progress if the install and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend four seasons.

The technician told me I needed $1,000 worth of parts to fix my unit. Being an old unit I asked what it would cost to replace the A/C and the furnace. He told me over $10,000. I called my local technician. They came out right away to look at it. They replaced the capacitor and it worked like new. Charged me $270 for an easy fix while four seasons wanted $1,000. I basically wasted $85 on a service charge for four seasons to come and do nothing. I only called them because my local company was busy. Fortunately I got ahold of them after four seasons fed me some bogus information. Definitely will not be calling them again.

Tech came exactly on time- was thorough-explained what he did-made sure we were happy with what he did- excellent job and very polite- young man!! Very happy with Four Season!!

Technician was great. He called before coming, wore booties and a mask and was extremely polite and knowledgeable.
