It went great. Installer knew exactly what he was doing, & installed both in only 8 hours...all by himself.

Installs are quick and efficient. Repairs are prompt. People are always nice and take the time to answer my questions. They call a half hour ahead of arrival, so you aren’t stuck sitting there doing nothing. Interest free financing sometimes available. I’m a repeat customer and definitely recommend Four Seasons Heating and Cooling.

It went very smoothly according the plan. You don't need to worry about a thing and all will be taking care of. Besides I paid a very good price after the discount since I am a Costco member. I use Four Seasons every time.

After contacting Nest who refused any assistance other than a an emailed manual, Four Seasons was contacted and dispatched a technician the following day. That technician was extremely helpful and patient with my wife . He fully answered her many questions. There was no charge for this service. We have done business with Four Seasons for years and would not even consider any other company in the heating /air conditioning business.

We had Four Seasons come out for a yearly check, and found out our furnace was broken. We were able to get a new one installed the next day. Great customer service and people. Highly recommend!

It was a very bad experience. The service rep was unkempt. He was not responsive to our questions or issues. He came off as untrustworthy and that he was only after trumping us with as much and as many charges as possible. My husband and I in the end asked him to leave. We will be paying for his assesment of the unit and We will be going in a different direction. I hope everyone else will as well.

Went well, needed to replace the capacitor on one of the furnaces. At first, the part seemed pricey, but better than paying for a new furnace. Jorje was very efficient and nice to work with. He gets extra marks for letting me know that one of the water lines was not turned on to run the humidifier.

We had to get a new furnace and Four Seasons was great from start to finish. Their pricing was great and installation was a breeze.

$55 dollar part and they wanted $1,300 to replace it. The replacement simply involved turning off the ball valve and screwing on the new tank. When I asked to speak with a manager while the serviceman was at my home, he said the cost they charge was due to covering "overhead". If you have $1,245.00 of overhead on a repair - your company is clearly mismanaged.

My serviceman Juan was very professional. He arrived on time and completed his work with no problems. After he was finished he went over everything that he did and left the work area spotless.

Replaced old flame sensor. Hopefully will fix this recurrent problem.

Four Seasons did a great job and were super quick on installation dates. I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

Excellent service! From scheduling to completion. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Tech was on time as scheduled. I also had furnace and A/C unit replaced by this company. Would highly recommend.

Very fast response. Called them at 3:30 and someone was here by 5pm after giving me a call 45 minutes earlier to say he was on his way. Service seemed thorough-he was here an hour and a half-and most importantly fixed my immediate issue. He didn’t have the parts to replace the ones that caused the issue but I had heat for the time being until I can get them replaced.

It went amazingly well. The technician Steve showed up and was very professional, friendly and listened intently to the issue I was experiencing with my furnace. Not only was he able to duplicate the issue, but he resolved it in record time. He also throughly went through and re-checked my furnace to ensure that it was working properly before he left. Best part of it was that the service was no charge, because since I had my furnace cleaned by them, it fell under the cleaning guarantee they offer. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with having my furnace serviced.
