Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

Description of Work: We had a furnace and air conditioner and uv filter system installed. They arrived when they said they would and spent 14 hours installing. they replaced everything and went over the new thermostat filter system and settings. The installers were excellent and cleaned up after themselves and hauled away old furnace and all teh garbage. I would recommend them, even though they were a little pricey when you balance that out with the service plan it is reassuring knowing there is a guarantee and protection.

Description of Work: Scheduled a visit to replace my furnace on September 30. Said they would arrive between 2-4. Jason did call at 2:14 but I didn't hear the call. At 3:15 I called to find out when they would arrive. The call ceneter said he had already been here. I told them I have been home since 2:00. When pressing the issue, the sales manager told me Jason knocked on the door. When pressing the issue more, they said that they spoke to the guys painting my house who told them I wasn't home. Finally, I was told that "no" I didn't knock on the front door nor did I ring the bell, I left a card at the SIDE door. Eventually they offered to come back tomorrow or Saturday...no thanks, I already took off work early to be home in a house with no heat so I could keep my commitment. How do people usually like it when they take off work to meet a service person who does not show up? I will never call 4 seasons again.

Description of Work: Service Rep was on time. Completed the work efficeintly. Showed me how to remove the A/C filters to clean them and how to replace them. Was professional and knew what he was doing.

Description of Work: They came and did system clean for heater, a/c and all the duct work for our 4 units in the association. At first I thought the quotes where interesting in the variety of techniques. The lowest quote was basically taking a huge vacuum and pumping the stuff out with cheap rods. Four Seasons used these telescoping rods that get to everything. It worked out great and the price was fair for how thouroughly the systems were cleaned. Mike the technician also took the time to show me how the furnace and humidifier work and things that need to be replaced (mainly filters).The service was phenominal, on time and on budget.

Description of Work: I confirmed an appointment to have my heating unit checked for the winter. I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment but was willing to wait. The day of the appointment I received an abrupt voicemail message canceling my appointment - just an hour earlier than the set time. They did not even apologize, just stated that they had to take emergencies before me and that was it. I understand that things happen, but I felt it was handled without apology and without appreciation for the business. Needless to say, I have scheduled with another company that is coming out in 1 day notice.

Description of Work: When they first installed the system, they installed the wrong condenser. Took two weeks to resolve the problem. No A/C in the interim. Had an annual servicing done last week. Came home yesterday, no A/C. They sent a technician out He arrived at 9:30 PM. Said he could not fix the problem. Seemed upset over the work of the previous technician. Was told a supervisor would be out by 1 PM the next day. I called at 2:30 PM today, and spoke to a manager. She apologized and said someone would stop by. She could not say when. It has been 3 frustrating years dealing with these people, and the system still does not cool the second floor. I would not use them in the future.

Description of Work: Installed a Genrac 7KW Natural Gas Generator. Even though the city doesn't require a cement pad, they put one in because I have a drainage problem in my back yard. Joe M and Ron did the installation and they were great. Joe Kucala was the electrician, got to my house late in day but finished as much as he could. He was back the next day and finished the work. At all times they called when they were on the way. They were such nice people but also knowledgeable and professional. This was the first time I used Angie's List and it was a great experience. Four Seasons and Angie's List has my vote for the best new things I've found in a LONG time. I'm still in awe, at the level of service, from Four Seasons.

Description of Work: My furnace stopped working and Four Seasons sent out a service technician very quickly - - a couple of hours (and it was on the weekend). The service tech (Jose) was very knowledgeable, professional and was able to fix the problem quickly. It turned out that a safety switch had cut-off due to a down-draft so he only charged the diagnostic fee (could have ripped me off and told me it required parts, etc. but was honest and just reset the safety switch). While he was there he showed me how to clean/maintain the built-in humidifier and also showed me where the safety switch was located in case this problem happened again. I would use Four Seasons again and highly recommend their service.

Description of Work: SINCE I MOVED IN, MY AC LEAKED FREON. I HAD FREON REPLACED EVERY SUMMER. WHEN FOUR SEASONS CAME OUT THIS YEAR, THEY SENT SOMEONE BY THE NAME OF AHMED, WHO WAS GREAT. HE SAID AC SHOULD NOT KEEP LEAKING FREON. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. HOPEFULLY, THAT WILL BE THE LAST TIME THE AC LEAKS FREON. I SPOKE TO THE OWNER WHO WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND THEY REIMBURSED ME FOR ADDING FREON IN THE PAST, SINCE I HAD IT FILLED SO MANY TIMES. I KNOW THE OWNER IS VERY RESPONSIVE, IF THERE IS A PROBLEM HE IS EAGER TO HELP. THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T PUT PRICE AS AN A IS BECAUSE, THEIR PRICES WENT UP SLIGHTLY, BUT THEIR SHEET WASN'T UPDATED. THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE THOUGH.
