Description of Work: Replaced furnace/a-c and water heater due to flood damage. |This equipment had been replaced approximately 1 year previously, by 4 Seasons. |This original transaction was tainted by some questionable "incentive" program that offered a "vacation", all expenses paid. This turned out to be one of those time share pitch, 2 star motel package deals. Low class. |Because of the fact that 4 Seasons did the original install, we went back to them for the replacements. In this case, they pulled a switcheroo on the water heater, installing a lower quality tank at the premium price. When I caught them they hemmed and hawed, but eventually installed the correct model. |This experience was not totally dissatisfying; every one of the technicians involved in this fiasco were professional, courteous and efficient. It is a shame that the management, sales and administrative personnel don't mirror the professional level of the technical and service staff.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd time I used them and thought they would be honest. But today they said, that the heater exchange had a crack in it and that they would have to shut it ,down and stating it was the "law".What We didn't know was the shut down are air conditioner too and when are house got to 88 degree's . I tried and turning on the air ,with no power. They say we needed a new Furnace , with 3 type's of prices, the lowest at $3800.00 and the 2nd at $4500.00 and the 3rd at $5800.00, I was shocked at how exspensive they were. They were here for over 3 hour's trying to find a price we would be happy with. I wasn't happy at that moment when ,I said I would give you $2000.00 down and pay off the rest and they would not accept that.WE went with a different company, locally are very happy with the price they gave us.

Description of Work: Furnace went out. They were here the next day after a thorough discussion we made out purchase and they were here by evening and worked till 11 pm to install our new furnace. We were very pleased with their service.

Maurice was very professional and pleasant. Answered all our questions would have him work for us any time. Cleaned up after himself.

Description of Work: These guys were great. I installed a new furnace and everything went well. I priced out multiple carriers and these guys were priced well. 10 days later I had an issue. A leak with the humidifier. They came out quickly at night, fixed it, didn't charge me anything, and maintained my warranty. How a company responds to issues like this says a lot about the company.

Description of Work: They replaced my furnace and added central air. Overall it went OK, however, on the initial visit, the salesman even after a through assessment, he got the type of furnace wrong(it was a Down flow instead of a Up flow as he 1st concluded). Also the 1st installers were not confident enough in their abilities(or possibly chose the easy way out)to route the piping in a more aesthetic placement. Others did come and correct the matter with no fuss. The salesman worked hard for the business, gave the best pricing and maintenance plan. We are pleased with the outcome and would recommend them.

Description of Work: I called at 6:30 pm on a Friday evening because my furnace had stopped working completely (of course wind chill was negative 25 degrees that night). Scheduling went smoothly, although the scheduler could not give me any estimate as to when a tech may arrive (as early as 8pm or well after 10:30/11pm), but did assure me someone would eventually arrive and gave me the option of calling back to reschedule for next morning if it got too late. A tech arrived within a few hours. Based on what I understand, the service from Four Seasons can vary greatly based on what tech you receive, but I certainly lucked out. He was quick, professional and fixed the problem promptly. He wore booties in my house and cleaned up after himself and gave me some tips regarding how to prevent a similar issue going forward. Great service!

Description of Work: Installed a new boiler. The installation went fine, but the servicemen made one mistake. When I called about the problem they were very quick in sending someone out and fixing it.
