Description of Work: Installed our water heater with a six year warranty and also a new furnace and also give us air conditioning service. They come right out they are on top of it. I love four seasons. Thank GOD when my furnace broke down last year on the coldest day of the year they came out right away so we wouldn't freeze to death.

Description of Work: Replaced a part in furnace, but I had to wait over the weekend for it since they did not have it in stock. Luckily, furnace limped along until early Monday when it died. The part took care of it after a chilly morning in the house.

Description of Work: Called them for service on our AC unit based on a recommendation from a co-worker. They responded within an hour and when we decided to replace the AC unit, they installed it the same day. Very hard working - installers worked non-stop for 4-5 hours and never took a break.

Description of Work: I initially purchased a furnace and A/C from Four Seasons a little over a year ago. At the time, the technicians mentioned that the humidifier was fine and did not need to be replaced. When I had my first furnace check, I was told there was a bad solenoid valve on the humidifier and it would cost me $300 to replace. In addition, I was told that the valve to my hot water heater was not turning and would need to be replaced. I found this strange since both parts were working fine before. After many calls back and forth, I finally was able to have Four Seasons come out in August 2015. The technicians who came were very professional and courteous. They installed an Aprilaire humidifier that I purchased separately on my own onto our furnace unit. In addition, they fixed the hot water heater valve. For their service, I paid $138. The humidifiers they wanted to install on our furnace did not have the best ratings and that is why I purchased the Aprilaire 560 on my own separately.

Description of Work: Blower went out on my AC unit. Four seasons installed it a few years back, and I called them first because to service because I bought the AC unit from them. They came out quickly but didn't bring the proper tools. Once the Rep had his tools, he said that it could be one of three things. Another Rep came out from four seasons that could better diagnose the problem. He ran a test and said that the blower motor went out and that it would cost $1500. I got another quote from a different company and he showed me where the module was clearly burnt out. I felt like the Rep from Four Seasons was clearly on commission and was trying to get me to pay for parts I did not need.

Description of Work: Replaced HVAC as installers for Costco. Intelligent and professional team of two plus a crane rental. System works well as advertised. Will continue to use for service.

Description of Work: They put in a new furnace. They were extremely clean and efficient. The sales rep was wonderful and answered all of our questions. I couldn't be more pleased.

Description of Work: They put up tiles in my bathroom tub area. It was so bad they had to redo and it still looked really uneven and only a year later tiles are falling off the walls. Still all wavy and there excuse was "It is hard to work with these types of tiles" If they could not do it right they should have told me ahead of time so I could hire someone else. Then they could not install the handles to turn on and off the water cause they said the pipes are too out of date and should have been changed before they put in the wall. which if I would have known I would have had them do it. I put the handles on myself and got it to work. The tiles still look all wavy but I don't want them no where near my house! Then the team they hired said " oh well since we can't get it right can you just tell them we did so we can stay in good standing with the company and we will do something else for you in the house for free instead " ???!? What? I told the manager and he pushed that under the rug! Obviously an awful experience. Never again! I suggest if your going to hire them think again. Not the only complaint I heard from people I know in the midlothian area either. Buyer be warned.!

Description of Work: Install new furnace & ac. Arrived w/i specified time and completed work in specified time. Installers made sure that I knew of existing problems/issues. Provided information where to find required numbers for rebates, made certain I knew how to operate new thermostat. Cleaned up work area and brought garbage that did not fit into their truck to the back of my property for me. Installers were polite.

Description of Work: Installed a new Furnace and A/C unit. Old A/C unit wasn't working and both units were over 25+ years old. Time to upgrade. They called and asked if they could show up earlier than planned which was fine by me. It took approx 6 hours to install both units. Everything is working fine and I was happy to have A/C before it got too humid outside.
