Description of Work: I had a furnace cleaning and inspection done and I was told that I needed a new furnace and the technician disconnected my furnace which is a requirement as I was told. I wanted a second opinion, so I hired a second company to come out for an inspection and was told by the second company that there was nothing wrong with my Furnace. I chose to agree more with the second company. Things have been working fine all winter but I will have another inspection done again this summer, and probably each year going forward.

Description of Work: Came out to inspect my furnace; found a bad circuit board and the beginning of a crack in the heat exchanger. Recommeded replacement; offered 3 options, explained each, said the 3rd was overkill for my space. Two other guys were there that afternoon to install the new furnace. Polite, professional, did a good job. Would recommend. Fee for furnace check was waived because I bought a new furnace.

Description of Work: salesman sold the package on a snowy November Saturday.....installer arrived on the day scheduled. Installed new Weil-McLain Boiler to replace the existing 33 year old boiler. Installer removed the old boiler and hauled it away. Installer had new unit installed and working in seven hours. Great comfort in knowing that we have a new working boiler to take us through the winter. And if there's a problem, we can contact 4 Seasons. There is a 5 year warranty for parts and labor. I'm glad we did this.

Description of Work: The heat in our home went out the night of 12/19/15. Four Seasons was contacted and they came out within hours. As luck would have it, our |26 year old furnace went on to the recycle scrap pile and a new furnace and thermometer were installed. My son's Dad handled all the details. The service person showed him the cracks in our system via a camera and we were close to possibly meeting our maker due to carbon monoxide. Also found out that the work done 26 years ago had some bad connections. We are having them come back in the spring to replace our air conditioning unit. Can't believe how warm our home now feels and we are using less energy to keep it that way with a much lower temp setting. They handled all the permits and town coming out for inspections. Would recommend them highly!

Description of Work: They have always provided good deals and even better service, but the most recent visit by a technician was the best ever. Wojciech Szymaszek is his name. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the safety of my family, and he refused to take a tip. I have never appreciated this company more than I do now as a result of his visit. We have bought two furnaces from Four Seasons, and I wouldn't be surprised if we bought air conditioning next!

Description of Work: I needed a lot of work done. To start they charged 20% to put the job on a credit card. | |The work was not all done to specification. We moved our laundry from the second floor to the basement. On the second floor they were supposed to change the valves and cap them. They just capped them which resulted in $15,000 worth of damage from a leak a week later. They offered to do some duct cleaning to compensate me. Now they won't honor their work warranty or take my calls. | |According to their executive (which will not speak with me directly - only through the customer service manager) they will not compensate us at all. We had to delay moving into the house by over 4 weeks do to the extent of the damage. Thankfully, our home insurance handled almost all the costs ($1,500 deductible) and is suing their insurance. | |Not only will I not use them again, I am still trying to receive compensation for the damage they did, though because my insurance company is involved, no one wants to sue them. | |I WOULD NOT USE THEM FOR FREE OR EVEN IF PAID TO.
