Amazing - Well - They explained as they went along - Took time to answer any question we had . They were very helpful... We are very Happy !

After my first inquiry they sent me dozens of emails and texts and voicemails which did not sit well with me and initially caused me to search for a different company where I felt I would be more of a person and less of an account. But they offered the best bang for the buck--between the brand level (Lennox), size of the unit, and guarantees. Their estimator was very informative and the installers were extremely efficient and professional. In the end, I think a bigger company like Four Seasons has the capacity to offer a higher level of service than a smaller company.

Each time repair was requested some representatives said no and some said yes this went on for four days. Only to be told they would not honor the warranty. I had to have another company do the repairs

Warning!! Deceptive and unfair business practices, failure to deliver goods and services promised on the contract. Awful customer service experience. We hired Four Seasons to install both a furnace and a humidifier in May 2022. They gave us a quote for $4380 that included both appliances, but their contract was deceiving- they applied a discount of $945 to the proposal, but they applied it only to the humidifier. Now they refer to the humidifier as a “free accessory” and allege they are not liable to deliver the humidifier anymore. We paid 100% of what was agreed on in the contract, they installed the furnace but they failed to deliver the humidifier because, at the time of installation, the technician said it wouldn’t fit the existing space. The salesperson failed to measure the existing space appropriately when he gave us the quote, so promising a humidifier that did not fit was a mistake on their end. In spite of that, they refused to refund us any money for not providing the humidifier and refused to find a humidifier that would fit the space. After multiple complaints and getting nowhere with the customer service, we contacted another provider who gave us a quote of $895 for a fan-operated humidifier, a smaller model that would fit in our existing space. We made Four Seasons aware of this alternative model but they refused to install it, alleging they don’t work with those models. Instead, they gave us these two options: (a) we pay them an additional $1593 to do some work in the air duct so that their model would fit, or (b) we do not get the humidifier and do not get any money back. We obviously have not proceeded with option a. We did not get the humidifier and did not get reimbursed by Four Seasons. STAY AWAY FROM THEM: Four Seasons is unprofessional and dishonest: They handed us a proposal made by someone who does not understand the specifications of their products, making a promise they couldn’t fulfill Four seasons is unfair: They made a mistake that made them unable to deliver the specified humidifier, but they don’t want to compensate us for it. There are other models that would fit in our space, but they are not willing to do it. They expect us to either pay an additional $1593 to get the specified humidifier or not get a humidifier at all and not get any money back. Four Seasons takes advantage of their customers: By not delivering and installing what they promised in the contract, and getting 100% of the money, Four Seasons is making a bigger profit at our expense. We made them aware of this, and they completely dismissed us. Four seasons is a deceptive business practice: They outbid other companies by applying discounts in a way that they could try to elude responsibility for the goods and services they promise. It is unfair competition with other providers and it is a scam for customers. Four seasons treats the customers poorly: Their customer service has been very dismissive of our claim and has completely failed to see how unfair this was. On one occasion, when I said this was deceptive and fraudulent they laughed at me. On another occasion, when we told them it was unfair to not refund us any money or to have to pay an additional $1593 to do what their original evaluation and our contract said they could do, a customer service rep accused us of “wanting free things done in our unit.” If you are thinking of using their services, think twice, they could screw you over as they did to us.

Excellent work. The same day that my 40 gallon Whirlpool hot water heater stopped working I was able to have Four Seasons install a new Rheem (short) 40 gallon hot water heater.

Came out in a timely manner. The installation went well, my unit is working again. I was not happy with the slamming of my front door several times. Also they did not completely tape the seams or open gaps on the furnace. Other than that, I was happy to have cool air again.

Both projects completed exactly as requested! Techs arrived when promised, called prior to arrival, brought their own tools (no need to use mine), conscientiously used care in R/R. The cold air return looked simple on paper but the job unveiled inexplicable things of former owners that even showed a cold air return had been intentionally blocked in its run - to what aim? The house built in 1940’s has had surprises and the extra effort and skills to remedy the return were spot-on! Professional competent courteous, informative! We are pleased Kudos!! The cold air return required removal of drywall, shaping and forming of sheet metal, adequate attachments & fitments. These techs are the craftsman in craftsmanship. They cleaned up worksites, took refuse with them, yes- we will hire again for other projects.

Re: #0807316: Four Seasons recently replaced the HVAC system in our condo and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the totally professional and exceptionally polite young technicians, Robert and José, who completed this enormous task. We also observed much of their careful teamwork, which involved replacing furnace, coil, and thermostat in our apartment and replacing the condenser on the building roof using a tripod lift. (Even a neighbor e-mailed us to say “I watched them unload the elevator and think they did a great job.“) In the weeks prior to the installation, Gary Cerek provided the proposal, answered our questions, and assisted us in scheduling the date—which was agreeably postponed more than once due to potentially dangerous weather for roof work. Like most/all condos, our rules limit noisy work to normal business hours, so we would have very much appreciated it had our team arrived at the beginning of the day for this (more than) full-day’s work--rather than around noon, following a still earlier job elsewhere. Consequently, the 10 hours work evidently required by our installation extended well into the night, undoubtedly also heightening safety risks for Robert and José. We would urge condo owners considering Four Seasons for comparable full installations to receive confirmation in advance that their assigned team will have no other obligations the same day and will arrive no later than 9 am.

We had a great experience with Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning during our recent replacement of our furnace and AC unit. They were very professional and completed the job on time and answered all of my questions. Would recommend them for our Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical needs.

I reached out to a total of 4 HVAC companies for a quote. Not only did Four Seasons beat all other quotes, they're customer service and install team did a fantastic job. The quality of the brands and equipment is also among the industry best.

They said it would take 6 to 8 hours and only took 4. Installers were very professional and did a great clean up job. Four Seasons called 2 days later to ask if everything was operating correctly. Would definitely recommend!

Everything went excellent! I have had 0 issues with the new system so far. The new thermostat looks great as installed and works great too. They walked me through my new system in general as well as the add-ons (humidifier and UV) that my prior system did not have. They also prepped me for what to do when winter comes. In fact I barely had any questions that they did not address ahead of time.

I was very pleased with the techs that came to my house. They called me to say that they were coming and what time they would probably be there. When they got there they told me what they were going to do and explained everything that they found. They went through a logical process of fixing all the wrong things that the company that installed the system did. Finally it turned out that the unit was bad and had to be replaced. After that the unit ran perfectly and I had a new warranty. I was very happy with Four Seasons and would recommend them to anyone.

Got AC and Heat installed in May 2022, spend almost 9k for both. AC started to make screeching noises from day 1. Tech came and looked at it and said that normally can install a $600 module to get rid of the noise. Totally unprofessional and also installation itself was drawn out for a simple install on the first floor took 16 hr, tech was an inexperienced newbie.

agent came to house on Tuesday morning and had furnace and air conditioner installed same day. the installation took from 3:00 in the afternoon until 1:30 at night . Installer never stop working want to make sure I would have cool air by Wednesday morning came back the following week to finish the furnace
