Excellent. He arrived on time wearing a mask and booties over his shoes. He was very polite, did his job, took payment and left. He answered all my questions.

They are too big to care about the little person. Suppose to be at home between 3 and 7 pm, called at 10:50 pm they were out in front. They were no where to be found. Have been a customer for years and this time they couldn't find the right house?

The technician was polite and professional. He talked me through what he was going to do and finished the work in the appropriate amount of time for all he did. He wore shoe covers while he was inside. When he was done, I asked if I could see the dirt that had been in the ducts. It was so much! I used a coupon for $100 off with free dryer vent cleaning.

The 2 Techs were nice but 16 hours (32 man hours) over 2 days of installation was little excessive. Not lot of communication on time line of progress or completion. The photos attached is the way it was left after the first day. The scheduling dept wanted me to wait a week to complete the installation. With a lot of pushing I got a a small window the next day in which I had to change my work schedule to make work. I will rethink next time on calling Four seasons.

The whole process went great. We had a sales rep come out on a Saturday and talk us through everything. They gave us a quote right then and there. We had a couple other quotes it took several days to get back to us. It was nice to get a quote right then and there. The quote that we got was almost exactly the same as one of the other quotes that we had received. We decided to go ahead with the work and it was finished within two weeks. The process leading up to getting everything scheduled and completed was very smooth. One thing I really like about four seasons is that they have a phone number that you can call 24 hours a day and a person answers every time. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that you can get your heating, air-conditioning, plumbing and electric done all by one company that I feel I can trust and will stand behind their products and service.

All well until they discovered they were missing a module. Installation was delayed for today pending the arrival of the module. The module arrived today; notified Four Seasons. Still waiting for the technician to finish and test installation

Finished job in 5 hours. No complaints!!

Overall it was good. It took 12 hours to get the job done, and the worker wanted to cut corners but in the end everything was done and completed.

He is highly professional and thorough and did an outstanding job cleaning and preparing our a/c unit for the summer. It seemed that thermostat & furnace were not communicating and we had no heat. I was expecting an expensive repair or possibly having to replace furnace. My technician (Johnny) arrived promptly and quickly discovered the issue...all that was needed was a cleaning.
