Description of Work: We had new furnace, humidifier, and central air conditioner installed. The first installation date, the installers only had the a/c so we rescheduled. I spoke to a manager and said since it's a big install I wanted the service techs here in the morning. I was told that was no problem. On the day for the install, the techs arrived at noon and asked where the nearest Home Depot was so they could pick up something they needed. They returned an hour later. At 10:00 pm, we asked the techs if they were nearly done and were told at least 5 more hours. I asked if they could return the next day to finish and was told it would have to 'go back to the scheduling department and it could be more than a week till they could return. At that point the existing furnace and a/c were removed but the new ones weren't yet in place. We told them to finish. They were working until 3:30 am, at times outside in total darkness. I would not recommend this company.

Description of Work: The company is not very responsive company and they do not care about customer satisfaction. There are too many employees one doesn't know what others are doing. They installed HAVC unit to our condo and none had the business tactics to make a visit to check the how satisfied we are. They do not seem to care about consumer satisfaction. They also did not honor the advertisement they took on Angie list stating they would beat competitors written quote by $500. I am not happy with their attitude

Description of Work: To say that this IS the worst HVAC company on this or any other planet ---would be an understatement. They left my senior citizen parents without air conditioning for a FULL MONTH without repairing their a/c unit. Upon inspection by another company-- we found that a Four Seasons technician put a screw through our coil manifold---piercing our coil ---causing our unit to go completely FLAT with refrigerant. Then Four Seasons attempted to charge us for a new unit-- over $5600.00----for a unit that THEY broke----are they INSANE? When we explained our situation to their executives--they responded by saying there was NOTHING they could do----MORE LIKE---nothing they WOULD do, in my honest opinion. To quote my Mother on this subject,"Four Seasons SUCKS!"---- from our experience with them---she's not too far off the mark. If you want ZERO service----manager runarounds and shady underhanded dealings---they are the company for you. Otherwise----find a better company out there---there's a ton of them.
