Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

Got AC and Heat installed in May 2022, spend almost 9k for both. AC started to make screeching noises from day 1. Tech came and looked at it and said that normally can install a $600 module to get rid of the noise. Totally unprofessional and also installation itself was drawn out for a simple install on the first floor took 16 hr, tech was an inexperienced newbie.

agent came to house on Tuesday morning and had furnace and air conditioner installed same day. the installation took from 3:00 in the afternoon until 1:30 at night . Installer never stop working want to make sure I would have cool air by Wednesday morning came back the following week to finish the furnace

We recently purchased a townhome and knew first thing 4 Seasons would be doing the work that was needed. I’ve owned several properties over the last 10 years and always do business with them (laundry/dish washer installs, bathroom remodels, etc) due to the quality of work, time frame of completion, and overall cost. This time we needed a full HVAC installation, they were able to send someone out for a consultation and within a few weeks we had the service completed. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased. Would definitely recommend!

The overall service was very well, it took a couple hours but the service men were working very hard and the new unit worked great. Overall very stratified and would definitely hire again.

The service technicians (Joseph & Francisco) did a great job, very professional. Working on a 100°F day, they thoroughly installed an entire new AC, furnace, lineset and humidifier system in a compact space with care. Both were a pleasure to deal with.

Four Seasons has been great to work with either it be installing the new HVAC as well as coming out for additional services, etc.

Both gentlemen were wonderful, kind, and respectful of the house.

Went as expected. Technicians were friendly and competent.

All went well. The technician approved within the time slot. He spent a good amount of time making sure everything was in working order. He was very professional and thorough. I received a text when he was in transit.

The technician himself was a hardworking young man who, ultimately, got the system working well. Bit the installation process took 4 different days, 3 of those appointments the team was 3-4 hours late, and at their manager's request they stayed until 2:30am on one work "day". We ended up getting a small discount for the trouble, but only after writing negative reviews and being hung up on one of their phone representatives. Because the unit works very well so far, I'll give them 3 stars.

Techs arrived later than planned, but were willing to stay longer to finish the job in 1 day. In total, it took 11 hours for a total system replacement, but we were very happy with the work they did!

they did a very good job installing a very high end system to our home. The were neat and professional and left our house like they had never been there. I would recommend them to anyone .

It went well. They arived early and finished in like 3 hours. They showded me step by step what they were going to do and walked me through it all. I had coupons but they did not aply so he waived the service call fee which was nice.

Four Seasons came out and assessed the problem in the morning. It was decided that I needed a new air conditioner, old one was quite old and not performing any more. They were able to install the new air conditioner that same afternoon.

He did an awesome job. I recieved freindly and professional service.

very professional, friendly and went out of their way with some additional work to make things work better than just changing the A/C for a new one - was it cheap? no, but for once I felt putting money into something house repairs-related that felt like "money well spent" :)

Technician called with an ETA an hour ahead of time, and arrived on time. Polite and informative on what he needed to do and have access to. Wore shoe coverings in the house. Completed the work within an expected time frame ( not too short, not too long).

They told me to call another company to do the job and now I am out of $395. They are horrible.

Everything was performed as expected. That is why I continue to go back to Four Seasons every year.

Service was thorough and explanation by serviceman as to condition and work he felt was needed was explicit.

Excellent service and professional workers. Very fast response time - my new A/C unit was installed one day after I called for my appointment.
