I CALLED ON A SATURDAY NIGHT AT 7:00 PM AND SOMEONE ANSWERED PROMPTLY. THEY WERE AVAILABLE TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY (SUNDAY), BUT WE SCHEDULED THEM FOR MONDAY INSTEAD (WHICH WAS COLUMBUS DAY). EVEN THOUGH WE CANCELED THE SERVICE CALL, WE SCHEDULED A CLEANING FOR OUR FURNACE FOR TWO WEEKS OUT. WE HAVE USED FOUR SEASONS BEFORE AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: OUR HEATER WAS NOT WORKING SO I CALLED AND SCHEDULED A SERVICE CALL. WE GOT IT WORKING, SO THE SERVICE CALL WAS CANCELED.

I WAS GIVEN A 5 HOUR WINDOW AND THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS 1 HOUR LATE. THE COMPANY CALLED AT HOUR 4 TO SAY THAT HE WOULD BE LATE. (WHY CAN'T THEY NARROW THE WINDOW OR TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE SCHEDULED TOWARDS THE BEGINNING/END OF THE WINDOW??) THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND TO EXPLAIN HOW TO SET THE HUMIDIFIER.

GAVE A GROUP DISCOUNT TO US BECAUSE 4 OUT OF THE 6 UNITS IN OUR CONDO BUILDING HAD THEIRS SERVICED AT THE SAME TIME. THEY WERE CONSCIENTIOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND ON-TIME. THEY WERE ALSO VERY HELPFUL ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR JOB AS THEY TOLD US ABOUT MISSING AND BROKEN TILES ON OUR ROOF AFTER SERVICING TWO OF THE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS WHICH WERE LOCATED ON THE ROOF OF OUR BUILDING. WE WERE GRATEFUL TO BE NOTIFIED OF THIS AS WE COULD GET THE ROOF PROMPTLY REPAIRED. THEY COULD HAVE IGNORED IT AS ''NOT THEIR PROBLEM'' BUT THEY DIDN'T - VERY, VERY HELPFUL!

SALESMAN (DAVE) WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DID NOT TRY TO PUSH ME INTO ANYTHING. HE SHOWED ME ALL OPTIONS AVAILABLE, TOOK HIS TIME AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. I RECEIVED A NICE ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT. INSTALLER/TECHNICIANS ALEX AND BRET WERE PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALEX HAD TO CUSTOM MAKE ON SITE ALL THE DUCTWORK, HE IS AN ARTIST AND TAKES HIS TIME TO DO IT CORRECTLY. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND HAULED IT AWAY WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. IF YOU GET THESE GUYS YOU WILL BE LUCKY.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH FOUR SEASONS. THEY CAME WITHIN THE STATED TIME FRAME AND ACCEPTED MY ANGIE'S LIST COUPON. THEY CHARGE $65 TO COME OUT AND DIAGNOSE A PROBLEM 24/7, 365 DAYS A YEAR WHICH IS GREAT TO KNOW! MOST PLACES CHARGE EXTRA FOR EVENING/WEEKEND/HOLIDAY HOURS. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN TO DO A TUNE UP OF THE FURNACE AND THEY ARE AMONG THE ESTIMATES I WILL USE FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW A/C UNIT.
Description of Work: AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT COOLING. I CALLED AT ABOUT 2PM AND THEY SAID THEY COULD HAVE SOMEONE OUT BY 5:30 PM. JOE N. WAS HERE BY 4PM , DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIRING HAD BURNT THROUGH AND THE COMPRESSOR WAS PRETTY MUCH AT THE END OF IT'S USEFUL LIFE. HE DID MANAGE TO RECONNECT IT SO IT WOULD COOL FOR THE TIME BEING. HE GAVE ME A ROUGH ESTIMATE OF WHAT A REPLACEMENT WILL COST ME (2,500 TO 2,900) BUT I NEED TO CALL AND GET A FEW MORE QUESTIONS ANSWERED. HE DID DO A QUICK CHECK OF OUR HEATING SYSTEM AND HE CHECKED THE FILTER. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH JOE'S COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SAY THAT WAS A LITTLE BIT WRONG WAS THAT HE DIDN'T REALLY DISCUSS DIFFERENCES IN THE 2 A/C UNITS I WAS OFFERED. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN MY FAULT TO SINCE I HAVE NEVER HAD TO REPLACE AN AC UNIT BEFORE AND DIDN'T REALLY KNOW WHAT QUESTIONS TO ASK.

INSTALLERS IGOR AND MACLAVO ARRIVED TO MY HOME AS SCHEDULED. THEY WENT RIGHT TO WORK, FIRST CHECKING THE SITE CAREFULLY, THEN PROTECTING MY FLOORS WITH TARPS. THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AS SEEN IN THE END RESULT. IGOR EVEN MOVED THE OLD AIR CONDITION DRAIN PIPE SO I WOULD NO LONGER TRIP OVER IT. THE WORK SITE WAS LEFT CLEAN. AS THE OWNER OF FOUR SEASONS, I TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES VERY SERIOUSLY. I PERSONALLY INVESTIGATED THIS AND FOUND THAT THE ORIGINAL DATE OF SERVICE WAS DECEMBER 8, 2004. THE FILTER WAS NOT PUT BACK INTO THE UNIT BECAUSE IT WAS CLOGGED WITH DUST. WE INFORMED THE MEMBER THAT THE FILTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THAT WE WOULD GLADLY REPLACE IT FOR HER FREE OF CHARGE IF SHE HAD THE FILTER. UNFORTUNATELY, SHE DID NOT HAVE THE FILTER. THE DOOR SWITCH WIRES HAD ALSO MELTED AND BURNED OUT, WHICH WE REPLACED TO FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS. WE CHARGED THIS MEMBER A TOTAL OF $134.00 FOR THE REPAIR. IN ORDER TO RESPOND TO THIS MEMBER''S ALLEGATION THAT WE "COULDN’T CARE LESS" AND THAT WE SAID THAT WE WOULD COME OUT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. I FIRST PERSONALLY CHECKED OUR PHONE SYSTEM, WHICH RECORDS EVERY INCOMING PHONE CALL, TO LISTEN TO THE PURSUANT CONVERSATION BETWEEN THE MEMBER AND OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. FOUR SEASONS’ CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE TRAINED ARDUOUSLY TO ACCOMMODATE ALL CUSTOMER EMERGENCY REQUESTS WITHIN THE SAME DAY WHENEVER HUMANLY POSSIBLE, SO I WAS VERY INTERESTED TO LEARN WHETHER OR NOT ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES WAS VIOLATING MY POLICY. TO THE CONTRARY, I FOUND THE CONVERSATION TO BE VERY PLEASANT IN NATURE. THIS MEMBER WAS ASKED AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE CONVERSATION WHETHER OR NOT THE SYSTEM WAS FUNCTIONING, WHICH ALL OF MY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE TRAINED TO DO. SHE RESPONDED THAT THE SYSTEM WAS INDEED WORKING.

DESPITE THE OTHER COMPETITIVE OFFERS, I HIRED 4 SEASONS BECAUSE, FROM BEGINNING TO END, I WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED BY THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY AND PRICES. JOHN, THE SALESMAN, PUT BOOTIES ON HIS FEET BEFORE ENTERING ALL AREAS OF THE UNITS. HE ADHERED TO THE BUDGET AND TOOK INTO ACCOUNT THE NATURE OF THE PROPERTY (INVESTMENT). THE MEN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FINISHED THE JOB IN ONE DAY (THEY WORKED UNTIL 11 PM). ALL UNITS WORKED PROPERLY AND I HAVE VERY HAPPY TENANTS.
Description of Work: SPOKE WITH JOHN O'BRIEN REGARDING REPLACING ALL FURNACE AND A/C UNITS FOR A 3-UNIT BUILDING. HE CAME OUT AND GAVE ME A FAIR QUOTE (IN LINE WITH COMPETITORS). THEY REPLACED ALL 3 UNITS IN 1 DAY.

CALLED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME. CAME AND COMPLETED JOB. TOLD ME ONE PRICE FOR CLEANING OUT AIR CONDITIONER AND THEN TRIED TO CHANGE IT AT THE END. HE SAID THAT WAS WITH A COUPON BUT I NEVER MENTIONED A COUPON. WE THEN LOOKED TOGETHER IN THE PAPER FOR A COUPON. THEN WHEN I WOULD NOT BUDGE, HE STUCK WITH THE ORIGINAL PRICE. THE WORK WAS DONE WELL.

THE FIRST TIME THE TRUCK CAME OUT, THEY DIDN'T HAVE A LADDER LONG ENOUGH TO ACCESS THE ROOF, BUT WERE WILLING TO RESCHEDULE WITHIN A WEEK WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COST. THEY WERE THOROUGH AND EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK.

THE SALES MAN, DAVE KORONKOWSKI WAS VERY NICE AND UP FRONT. GAVE ME A PRICE AND TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO BE A TWO DAY JOB. HE DID NOT RELAY THIS TO THE WORKERS AND THEY ONLY HAD ME SCHEDULED FOR ONE DAY. WE HAD TO WAIT AROUND UNTIL THEY DID A JOB SOMEWHERE ELSE BEFORE THEY CAME BACK ON THE SECOND DAY. (I BELIEVE YOU START A JOB, AND YOU FINISH A JOB BEFORE YOU MOVE ON.) THE WORKERS THEMSELVES DID A GREAT JOB AND WORKED EXTREMELY HARD.

JOHN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. HE PHONED WHEN IN ROUTE TO OUR HOUSE, GIVING ME TIME TO LEAVE WORK. THE EXTRA EFFORT THAT WENT INTO FINDING A SOLUTION (AT NO CHARGE!) FOR OUR BUZZING DUCT-WORK IS THE SINGLE BEST THING THAT ANY WORKMAN HAS EVER DONE FOR US. UNFORTUNATELY, THE LEAKING WATER RETURNED. WE CALLED FOUR SEASONS ON JULY 3RD. ACCIDENTALLY, MY HUSBAND GAVE A BUM PHONE NUMBER TO THE SCHEDULER. EVEN AFTER OUR MISTAKE, MIKE RETURNED TO OUR AREA ON THE 4TH OF JULY TO REPLACE A SMALL BIT OF SEALANT. WE WERE NOT CHARGED ANYTHING. WE ARE HOPEFUL THAT THIS IS THE CORRECT SOLUTION. BUT IF WE NEED TO DO A MORE MAJOR OVERHAUL, WE WILL DEFINITELY USE FOUR SEASONS. THEIR PROMPT ATTENTION, CLEAR EXPLANATIONS, EXCELLENT PRICING, AND SUPERB SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE REWARDED.
Description of Work: OUR A/C WAS LEAKING WATER INTO OUR CARPET AND PRODUCING LITTLE COOLING. BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I WORK ABOUT 20 MINUTES FROM HOME. WE ASKED FOUR SEASONS TO CALL US WHEN IN THE AREA. THEY DID AND I WAS AVAILABLE. OUR A/C NEEDED SOME SERIOUS TLC IN THE FORM OF 2 LBS OF FREON. IT CLEARED UP THE LEAKING PROBLEM. AS JOHN WAS FILLING OUT THE TICKET HE NOTICED A BUZZING IN OUR DUCTS (A BOTHERSOME NOISE THAT WE HAVE JUST DEALT WITH OVER THE YEARS) AND ASKED ABOUT IT. INITIALLY, JOHN GAVE ME THE SAME INFO THAT OTHERS HAVE--YOU WILL HAVE TO OPEN THE WALLS OR MOVE THE FURNACE TO UPDATE THE DUCT-WORK. THEN HE STARTED TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS, CONSTANTLY GOING UP AND DOWN OUR MANY STAIRS UNTIL HE HIT UPON A WORKABLE SOLUTION TO ELIMINATE THE BUZZING DUCT. HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO THIS - AMAZING!

THE TECHNICIAN, WHOSE NAME I DON'T REMEMBER, BUT WHO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL, WAS ON TIME. THE SERVICE WAS REASONABLY PRICED, AS MY NEIGHBOR COMMENTED WHEN I TOLD HIM THE COST OF THE SERVICE CALL. HE SAID THAT IT WAS LOWER THAN MOST COMPANIES. I CALLED ON A FRIDAY A.M. AND THE TECHNICIAN CAME ON SAT. A.M. THE COMPANY DOES NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR WEEKENDS. WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT I WAS ABLE TO TALK WITH A LIVE PERSON WHO WAS ALSO POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE TECHNICIAN EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME, AND I WAS WITH HIM WHEN HE FIRST CHECKED BOTH THE AIR CONDITIONER AND FURNACE. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS VERY FAVORABLE. THE TECHNICIAN CALLED IN THE A.M. LETTING ME KNOW HE'D BE AT MY HOME IN ABOUT AN HOUR, WHICH HE WAS.
Description of Work: THE TECHNICIAN CHECKED MY AIR CONDITIONER AND THEN FURNACE, TO FIND A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM OF MY NON-FUNCTIONING AIR CONDITIONER.
