The turn around and technicians were great!

Bad at first. The air was great but the furnace kept going off. They had to replace a part. It was frustrating but they kept working with us. Their prompt response to complaints is incredible. Finally, we figured out the furnace needed more ventilation. The heat has been perfect ever since.

The sales person gave me a complete education about what to look for in furnaces and AC units, whether I bought them from Four Seasons or anywhere else. I felt most confident with this company. Plus, they were willing to negotiate the price. They were competitive with the others, but they gave me an overall secure feeling. The installers were the hardest working people. They were polite, clean and respectful of my kids and pets running around. They started at 11 am and didn't finish the job until after midnight. I think they only took one short break. I was very impressed with this group of four hardworking men. There was only one glitch. One of the furnaces wasn't wired correctly and didn't work the next morning, but they got a service person out ASAP and everything has been great. I'm glad we chose this company. We're happy and warm!

I called for an appointment to have my furnace cleaned & we set a date about 3 weeks out. The day before the appointment passed with no confirmation call, so I called them the morning the cleaning was supposed to be done. They had a record of my contact, but no appointment! However, they were able to send someone out the same day & in the same time frame. While the person answering the phone (both times) could be a bit friendlier, she was business-like & direct. Mike, the technician, came out on time & even called 45 minutes out to let me know approximately when he would arrive. He did a thorough examination of the furnace, was very open to questions, & walked me through what he was doing throughout the process. Since we have our furnace cleaned regularly, he said we didn't need a new one & there were no unusual problems. He cleaned the furnace & checked the humidifier. He cleaned up after his work. Mike was polite, friendly, & professional. I will definitely call Four Seasons again!

This was a very pleasant experience. My appointment was scheduled for any time between 10am-noon. Jaime arrived at 10:15 am. Jaime was very friendly, polite and answered all of my questions. He voluntarily explained several things about what he was doing. Left everything in great shape. He completed the job in just over an hour. I was very happy. especially since I had a certificate for a free cleaning. I always expect the worst when I'm getting a service for free. A few bad experiences in the past, but not with Four Seasons. I'll use them again next time I need my HVAC system cleaned/inspected.

The company representative was very professional. He wore booties to protect my floors/carpets from dirt. He answered all my questions and completed the work quickly.

Furnaces were serviced but technician wouldn't replace the small piece of hose in the humidifier that was leaking. Instead, I had to schedule another 3-4 hour window to sit home and wait, so that I could be charged an additional $90 for a repair that took five minutes. I was told that that's how all HVAC companies work, maybe, but I think it could have been handled better.

They matched price with a competitor and offered a longer warranty. They were on time and respectful of my home. I was out of the house the day they did the install and when I got home I couldn't even tell they had been there. Since the weather was too cold to test the A/C, we were told they would have to come back in the spring, but the furnace is working great.

One of my water heaters began leaking Friday night. I called Four Seasons, spoke with a very pleasant woman, and was told someone would come out Saturday to inspect my tanks and give an estimate. Jason arrived the next afternoon and inspected my existing setup. The previous owner installed 2 tanks, and I thought it was a complicated setup. Jason said it would be easy and arranged to have the new tank installed later that afternoon. The installers arrived, removed the old tanks, and installed the new one in less than 2 hours. They cleaned up and took away the old tanks. I discovered a small leak in a water connector, and they came back within 1/2 an hour to fix it. So, I had a broken tank on Friday night and a new one was installed in less than 24 hours. What a GREAT experience!

same price as other contractors and thier coupon from Angies list made no difference from normal price given to everyone.

Would not give estimate over the phone. They had to come out to my residence to give estimate. The man that came out was very nice, the cost just seemed high.

Wow! This company impressed us from start to finish. We have a 21 month old baby, and the temperatures were to drop the next day, so we were concerned about how fast they could get the new furnace in since our old one was not functioning at all. We signed a contract at 11am. The crew was there by 3:30pm. No surcharge for same day installation! The 2 man crew was there until 9pm. They worked diligently and were polite, neat and cleaned up nicely. They had to go through our brick exterior wall to install a vent, and did a very professional job. They even cleaned our electric air cleaner that another vendor didn't bother to touch. We did have two concerns about info our salesman gave us, but we did as the contract suggested and called David Musial, President, directly to discuss. He not only answered his phone himself, but he was very helpful and answered our questions completely and to our satisfaction. I can't tell you how very, very satisfied we are with Four Seasons.

Contacted Four Seasons to schedule check up for the furnace in the house I just bought, soonest they could come out was 2-3 weeks. The appointment was a four hour window, so I had to take a half day off. I moved some appointments so I could take the half day. They called about one week prior to the scheduled appointment to cancel and reschedule the appointment because there was supposedly a cold front coming and they claimed they had to deal with customers with heater problems first. I was annoyed, but rescheduled. About four days prior to my next appointment (again the standard four hour window,) they called to cancel for the same reasons. I told them I can't wait any longer, over a month had passed already. I've just moved into a new house, winter is around the corner, and can only hope my furnace doesn't have any major problems. I also needed them to clean the built-in humidifier which looks like it is growing ten types of mold and fungus.

Was told that worker would be at our house between 4:30 and 6:30pm. At 6:30, we called and were told he was busy with another job and would be over soon. He finally came over at about 7:30-8:00 pm. While the work he did was OK, the technician's attitude was not. He complained about the darkness (he should have arrived on time) and the fact that I was not home so he had to leave a bill (again - get there on time, I have things to do, too).

They were very polite & efficient in setting up the appointment. They came to service our three one year old furnace/air conditioners (seasonal service). The man was pleasant & courteous when he worked. He accidentally damaged the mother board of one of our units & immediately informed me, called his company & set up a next day appointment to install the new one (obviously at no charge). He came back the next day & completed the work. I was very satisfied & will definitely be using them on a bi-annual basis.

Juan called me in the morning and showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Only complaint is the bill was a bit high for a small replacement part that took all of 5 minutes to replace. But such is life...

The servicemen arrived within the stated time frame, were pleasant and courteous, and pointed out some issues they saw with my hot water heater that I had not noticed. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is the same company that installed our furnace and A/C and we have been very pleased with their maitenance. They are always on time and very quick once they are working.

The service rep. Chris Higgins was very upfront and honest about the equipment he recommended for my home. He didn't necessarily recommend the most expensive option. Dave B. And Brian P. Performed the work. Everything is working great. I'm most grateful that they were able to perform the work immediately. My old water heater quit working, they were able to replace it the same day and replaced the air conditioner and furnace the next day. There was a little extra clean up I had to do, but overall a very good and stress free experience. Thank you!

This is a company that has not forgotten the meaning of the term "customer service"! When I engaged them in the spring, I apparently mis-read their advertisement and thought that the fee included servicing both the air conditioning and heating systems. When I asked the technician why he did not service the heating system, he explained that it was not included but he would inform his manager of the misunderstanding. The next day I was contacted by telephone and told that because of MY misunderstanding, they would give me a certificate for the heating service in the fall at no charge. And they did the job recently. As good as it gets!

Igor and his crew were on time, clean and polite. Checking in frequently, to give status on work. The work was estimated to take one day and it took 2 full days. The workers were all respectful. The clean up afterwards was also very good. Four Seasons helped to set up the air duct cleaning. They came the first day to clean the first two floors and didn't communicate, they were coming the next day to complete the job and it took a week after the furnace and a/c install, to complete the cleaning. This was our only complaint.

They are the only heating company I will let in the door. R. Kittl

The sales representative, Scott, was very knowledgeable and professional, and presented several options. He also performed a load calculation to make sure to size the unit properly. The two installers, Bret B and Juan D, were extremely professional and did an exemplary job installing the furnace and humidifier unit. They were thorough and made sure to test the unit in all modes prior to job completion, all the while answering any questions I had about the unit operation. They were neat and left the site as clean as it was when they arrived. All in all a very positive experience and a job well done.

The two employees who installed the furnace did a great job. They arrived within the appointed time window. They were very polite and professional. They also thoroughly cleaned the job site when they were done. The whole process, from the initial quotation to the final installation was quick, easy and problem-free. I would definitely use them again.
