Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

They were prompt in setting up a time for the serviceman to come out and clean the furnace. They gave me a time window of 4 hours for which I had to take a 1/2 day off of work. In talking with friends after the fact, I'd probably find another company that was able to give a shorter time window for services. John came out and cleaned the furnace in about 20-30 minutes. He was friendly and professional.

The repair man was very polite and was on time. The work was done in a professional and timely manner. I just found the cost extremely high. The repairman was in our home for about an hour. The Emerson direct drive blower part costs $85 (found it on the Internet). I basically paid $500 per hour for the repair.

Jason didn't do any complex analysis to size the furnace, but came in at a size similar to most other estimators. His price wasn't the lowest, nor the highest. I hadn't looked at what manufacturers various furnace companies carry before asking Four Seasons for the bid. I called them because they have cleaned my furnace for several years. I ultimately decided to go with someone else because of the repair record for the brand they priced. Even though they offered a slightly longer warranty than other dealers (12 vs. 10 years for parts), I just didn't want to deal with any potential problems.

We saw the great prices in the newspaper (as advertised by Moose, Hunter Hillenmeyer and Tommie Harris) and they were for real. We knew the HE unit would cost about $2,900, but we were pleasantly surprised to find out when the salesman told us we would get everything with installation for $3,600.00, out the door. Since our old unit was leaking CO into the flue, he arranged next-day installation. I did point out to the salesman, "Are you sure the old unit will fit through that doorway?" "Sure," he replied. Well, I'll just say to any potential boiler customer out there: Measure yourself. You may save yourself and the installation crew a little headache at the end of the day.

I really liked working with this company. I think they are well deserved to be on Angie's List. The work was great and they really surprised me because they were the ones who told me to join Angie's List and then they would reimburse me for the cost of joining. They are great. On second visit, they said they would be here between 1 PM-5 PM. They called about 1:30 and said they were on there way. The gentleman arrived about 10 minutes later, put on covers over his boots and went and cleaned the furnace. He seems to be very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had.

The air conditioner stopped working in my folks' old house. Four Season's had someone out the same day I called. Phil showed up right in the middle of the scheduled time, quickly examined the AC and tracked the problem back to an external circuit where one of two main fuses had blown. (You can't tell visually whether this type of fuse has blown.) He didn't have these type of fuses with him, but explained how I could get one quicker (and cheaper than him returning to the shop to get one) and replace it myself. This fixed the problem for just the price of a service call.

Leo who was the technician showed up on time and was courteous. Did a good job.

Very happy with this company. There employees' work ethic is unreal. A+.

We got the one they suggested. I don't think it is the right size unit. They had to come 3 different times to finish the installation. We thought we were going to get a good deal, but it doesn't feel like a good deal. They were on time to get here, but not to finish the work.

Called this company on a work-from-home day (because of another appt I was already home for). They were able to send a serviceman out (Ammar) the same day. Ammar was friendly and professional and did an excellent job performing the service. Checked the amperage on the compressor, vacuumed furnace/AC room, etc. We've used this company for the first time last year, and now the second time. I would recommend them to anyone.

The two technicians arrived on time and were very professional. The estimation of the installation time was very close. They were courteous, clean (after-work clean-up), and took their time in demonstrating the overall operation of the HVAC system including the humidifier.

Everything was done very professionally. They were very responsive and so forth. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons to my friends or anyone. They come every year to my house and do the service.

Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning did an excellent job for me. They are a very large business, but they still came on time and the servicemen were very professional and polite. One thing I like about this company is that they will come out on weekends or holidays and not charge extra. Other companies charge double for that. They are very dependable.

They were really, really great. It turned into a big job because they had to get up on my roof. I think it took longer than they thought but the new unit has really improved the temperature in my home. We will also use them to service the unit annually.

The supervisor, Ben, is a very nice person. He is in charge of sending the service department. They were very helpful.

I used the Four Seasons coupon in the Angie's List mailer. The operator was pleasant, professional and quickly set up an account for me. Luke was on time and took about 45 minutes to perform the service. He recommended a different type of filter from what we'd been using. The receipt had a detailed description of the work.

I checked Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning on Angie's List before I called them, I told them of that when I talked to their sales representative. They were very helpful in discussing prices and installation time. I chose the furnace & air conditioning by Lennox and was given a discount. I had also checked Four Seasons on their website thru Angie's List and found a coupon there and was given another discount. I asked for an appointment to be two days away on a Wednesday (my day off) and a time of 11 am. The installers, two of them arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. The job took several hours because of removal of the old furnace and air conditioning units and installation and custom fitting of the furnace in a very small utility room. The installers were very careful and covered all work areas with canvass tarps and kept my house clean. When the installers were finished they vacuumed all work areas and swept up the driveway. I was very pleased with all.

He was very courteous and efficient. He definitely tried to help us work with an 18 year old furnace. My only complaint was that he came an hour after he said he would be here in 15 minutes.

An agent of Four Seasons came the week prior to the 25th and gave me an estimate of $3,600. He felt the cold air return wasn't enough for even the furnace I had previously. He also was able to get a six year payment plan for me with no interest. The payments come to only $60 a month and I feel I might save that much with the new furnace and the programmable thermostat they installed. The two men that did the installation were courteous and were considerate enough to sweep up after the job was finished. They tested the furnace to see if it would work. It did heat but I haven't used heat since because it has been in the 70's and 80's here in Chicago.

I had received three different estimates and they were the lowest and they had the boiler in stock. It took two weeks from the time I hired them to completion. I was very happy with the work they did. I really liked the fact that they actually cleaned up after they were done. I did have a small problem about two weeks after they installed it. I called them on a Sunday night and they had someone right out in about two hours. They fixed the small problem and I haven't had a problem since. They really do great work.

They did a very good job and they were very reasonable. I had no problems with them at all. Their rate was very reasonable. I own several buildings, so I have used them several times for checks and things like that. They are very professional and I am pleased with them. They charge an hourly rate, but I cannot recall what it is. They are real good.

I actually woke up in the morning and my home was like 58 degrees. I had no heat at all. What had happened was the pipe originally installed for my heating system was too short and it frosted up. It was nice that they came out right away and took care of this for me. They did not charge me anything because the furnace was just installed by them 14 months ago. All is fine now.

They responded really quickly in the high summer heat, and they came and replaced the unit the same day I called them. The only problem I had was that when they went through the house with the unit, and they banged the walls.

I knew what I wanted when I called them to come out and give me a quote. I knew my system needed replacing since it was so old. They were able to provide what I wanted and explain some different options to me. They finished and what impressed me the most was how well they cleaned up after themselves. They even swept the basement. As for the grades, I am a hard grader. Straight A's, in my mind, go to business' that go above and beyond. There was nothing that really said that to me about this company, but I still use them and would recommend them.

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning were lifesavers. Our furnace broke on Christmas Eve and they came out at 7:00 pm and did all of this work. It was very cold out and we were freezing. I can't say enough good things about this company. To come out and install a furnace on Christmas Eve goes above and beyond. We were very thankful.
