They did a very good job. I was very happy with their work. They did the job quickly. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I think that their price was competitive.

Talked to representative in house. He explained what would be done and why. Technicians were on time and professional. Installed equipment as agreed. It was raining and they took care not to track mud and water into the house. Came back a few days later to recheck for proper operation and leaks.

He was professional and courteous. He seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing.

Overall they were great I even called them and told them they deserve a pat on the back, they put in extraordinary hours and I feel that the price was reasonable.

I was pleased they came as soon as I called them. They went on my roof and cleaned out the conductor. They replaced the conductor and add a new filter as well.

The technicians arrived at the specified time to install the furnace. They knew just what to do and got right to work. They were very courteous and very knowledgeable. It was a big job and took most of the day. We were very impressed with their work. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job was finished. They did everything they said they would do - and more. They answered any questions we had. After receiving other estimates from other companies, your company was by far the best. We were 100 percent satisfied with the entire job!

After receiving a quote and doing some comparison shopping, I decided to go with Four Season to install a new furnace and A/C. They arrived on time and got right to work. They asked me questions on my preferences regarding where the electrical box should be mounted, where the pipes should come through, and placement of other items. The work took around 10 continuous hours as expected. When entering the apt. They wore protective coverings and where conscience of any mess. The old unit was hauled away and the basement was cleaned before they left. Overall a very professional job at a very good price.

They call ahead of the appt. and then they call to let you know when they are coming. Everything works good when they are done.

The tech was knowledgeable, clean and did a good job. He even wore footies to keep from tracking dirt into our house. When he felt that footies werent good enough he took his shoes off. This is a sharp contrast to last summers tech who didnt use footies and wasnt as knowledgeable. After seeing my complaint here on the list Four Seasons called and sent a coupon to cover our Fall heating check. And, has been top quality ever since. I like the way they cared about our initial displeasure and have done everything very well since then. I would have no problem recommending them to friends.

It went very well. There were two guys who were very professional and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and I was very happy.

We purchased two new heating/hvac units at separate times for our 100-year old home. Four Seasons was always prompt, courteous and professional. We discovered when we went to sell the home that the original placement of the former owner's upstairs unit was in violation of Chicago code. Four Seasons came out and re-installed our new unit in compliance with some very obscure code regulations and then serviced and cleaned both units, all for no cost. Everyone we dealt with at Four Seasons was excellent, but we have to particularly mention Mike, who even wrote a letter to our buyers regarding questions they had about the systems We so appreciated their dedication and hard work. The service we received was exemplary!,

I used the Four Seasons coupon from Angie's List magazine. With it, the checkup was $10 cheaper than other coupons available in local papers. Adam came on time and even brought garbage cans back to the house from the street as he came for his service call. He was pleasant, checked everything, and left the air conditioning unit super clean inside and out. I felt he did a great job.

They came on time which was good. Sent out one guy to do a thorough cleaning on inside, I live in a condo. We went up to roof and checked out air conditioning. Was very helpful explained what he was doing and was very thorough. That is what I purchased the service plan.

This project went very well overall. Curt, at Four Seasons, had adjusted their quote a couple of times to fit our budget and then he also was able to add the water heater installation at the last minute. The two man installation crew, Manny and Darryl, were very punctual and professional. They worked very late on the first Saturday of the job just to remove the old unit, which was not an easy task. They were able to remove it intact with almost no visible effects on my recently resurfaced and applied epoxy basement floor. The guys were also able to keep the existing duct work in good enough shape for the new air handler. Darryl and Manny did a great job on the installation of the A/C unit and furnace. The units are uniformly put in and the lines and duct work look well run together. They also did not have a problem combining the old thermostats for my A/C and boiler into the new programmable one. The guys also did a great job of installing the new water heater, which needed to have a couple of new lines replaced because of corrosion and the flue replaced because of improper pitch. They finished everything up in two days. The work area was left in a pretty clean state and they made sure to ask me if I had any questions and took the time to show me a few necessities on the units.

Wonderful! I have used Four Seasons for the past 4 years for heating and A/C maintenance and have never been disappointed.

I had used them previously for twice a year cleaning and check up of my furnace. Dispatch sent out one of their senior people, who came out that he was more experienced in solving the problems than the other workers that came out to check things out before and that the workers that they'd sent out before really didn't know what they were doing. I felt like I had wasted my money because they did this. The man that came out was surly and seemed extremely bothered to even be here. I had to have two other heating and air conditioning companies come out to make sure that I had a good feel for what the problem was. This caused me to go without heat for a full day when it was very cold outside. I would not use them again.

I will say that I had a couple issues with the installation including a leak in the roof after the first winter, but Four Seasons was there the same day if not the next day to repair any issues I had. Despite any issues I encountered, their service level is considerably better than I would have expected. They have the best customer service of any home contractor I have ever met.

This moved right along -- I was able to have an appointment scheduled on the very day I called. Work was done quickly, & I've had no problems since.

They were very prompt. I just don't want to have to keep calling them back to fix these small issues. They do come out on time and do the work until they get a solution. I'm very happy about that.

I'm satisfied with the work that was done. However, the original estimate included an additional $700 of work that, upon consultation with a trusted home inspector, was overpriced/unnecessary. When I scheduled the work to be done, we agreed that all I wanted was the clean&check and the grill moved. When the service guy came, he was unaware that the grill needed to be moved. This turned out to be ok since he was able to verify the job with the office, and then make a trip to a hardware store for the materials. Still, I expected there to be better communication between the front office, the original estimator, and the service personnel. After the work was done the guy happened to read the estimate and then quoted me a replacement furnace $1500 less than what the first estimator gave me. I don't know why 2 people from the same company would give such differing estimates. He also made an offhand remark about knowing employees (not him) that quote customers unneeded parts and labor.

I have a yearly service contract with them. They were really good & they're available 24 hours a day. They are really responsive when you call, there's always someone there and that's really nice so you don't have to play phone tag when you call them.
