Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

Chris and Tom arrived to my home to install a new furnace on time, prior to installation they put down floor tarps to keep my home clean, they respected my home like it was theirs. They did a wonderful job. Thank you Four Seasons.

I called this company for a free estimate. They scheduled a gentleman to come to my home the next day. The salesman was a gentleman named Curt. He provided detailed information on what he and Four Seasons was going to do and how they were going to replace our system. He was able to explain things so that my Husband and I could understand. We felt very comfortable with him and with Four Seasons. We had a few more estimates, but nothing could match the value that Four Seasons offered. We proceeded with the installation, and we are very satisfied. The installers were so polite and caring of our home. They did a great job. The salesman Curt even came by just to make sure we were happy and that everything was going well with the installation. I love the Lennox system, it is SO quiet. The temperatures are now equal in my house. My husbands allergy's are gone!!! There is no more dust in our house!!! It was a great investment, buy a great company. Thank you Four Seasons.

Very pleasantly surprised!! The phone was answered promptly and courteously. Sales rep was great no pressure, and install exceeded our expectations. They left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. Way to go Four Seasons we will be sure to recommend to all of our friends!

Four Seasons was wonderful from start to finish. I called in the middle of the night after I woke up freezing in my home and realized that my furnace wasn't working. I called in to Four Seasons wanting to schedule a call for the next morning and got a very nice young lady who said she could have someone there in a couple of hours! I couldn't believe it. But, as promised, the technician arrived about an hour and a half later. The technician was very courteous, introduced himself, took off his shoes before entering my home, and got right to work. I couldn't believe that someone was this courteous, professional, and accommodating at 3:30 in the morning. Not only did he replace the part that was broken, but he went through my entire system just to be sure that he was completely thorough. He even cleaned the furnace for me when he was done! I would recommend Four Seasons to anyone who doesn't believe that there are still good companies out there providing the service that seems impossible to find nowadays.

They were two very good worker's. They came on time & cleaned up after work and took old air conditioner and furnace with them.

I called to see how early I could schedule an appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. However, they were not able to get me an appointment for almost a month, so I choose to go with another company.

I called Four Seasons because I had used them once before a few years ago and was pleased with their service. I was given a time window of 9 AM to 1 PM, which I completely understand. However, when they did not show up by 1 PM, I called the office because I needed to leave the house. I was told the serviceman was still at another job and would be to my house after that. I asked if they could give me a better idea of time and was told that was the best they could tell me. I then spoke with a manager to let them know that the least they could have done was call to let me know the man was running late so that I could have gotten some of my errands ran. They didn't seem to care. I then asked her to get a better idea of when the man would be able to get to my house. She checked with dispatch and came back to tell me that the man was just leaving his other job and would be on his way to my house. When I asked how far away he was she said she didn't know. I had to ask her to call dispatch to find out where he was coming from so I could have a better idea of when he might arrive. He was still 45 minutes away. When the man arrived, he was polite enough, but when he looked at what the problem was, he tried to sell me a $200 job to clear out the connector that drains the water from the A/C unit - my husband was able to clear it out with his finger while the man was standing there. Needless to say, we didn't use their service and the serviceman seemed pretty annoyed with us. We still had to pay them a fee for coming out just to look at the problem. Overall, I was pretty disappointed that Four Seasons had such complete disregard for my time. Their customer service is awful and to try to sell me a $200 job to clear out a 3 inch plastic tube seems a bit excessive.

Aftermath of serious flooding and a few estimates later, Four Seasons had the best deal. The salesman was honest and gave us a few options for our budget. I could not believe the work could be complete in one day and it was. A crew of installers did a great job, all debris was removed and hauled away. Supervisors checked on the job which was nice to see. A/C works great, haven't had a chance to use the heat.

They gave me the best price of everyone else. They did a very good job installing everything for me. They showed up on time to do the work. They cleaned up everything when they were done.

The technician came out on a Sunday within 2 hours of my call at no additional charge. It did not take him very long to identify a faulty sensor in the furnace and he traced back a minor issue with the A/C unit. While I don't feel I am doing a great job of relaying what the tech told me, he was very helpful and left me feeling very comfortable with the work performed.

The service was very good. They were very good at getting out there right away. They guy was very courteous when he was there. They will talk to you when they are working too.

It went perfectly. They did everything I had hoped that they would.

This has been quite an ordeal with this company. I had them out to my home to replace my furnace. They installed it and it has been nothing but problems since. I have actually had to have another company as well as my husband fix there mistakes. It all started with a gas smell in the basement. The company we used to fix the issue was NICOR they came out to my home and determined that the gas leak was coming from a section of iron pipe that was too short. They explained to me that the pipe was not tightened down all the way and that was causing the leak. If the original company would have cut a new piece of pipe we would not have this problem. That being said we contacted NICOR to come fix this mistake, and they wanted to charge us 180.00 dollars to fix this issue. If the original company would have just cut a new piece this never would have happened. I would never use them again.

They were very responsive and explained everything. It was a big job and they worked until it was completed.

Called for a pre-season furnace check and clean, using the Angie's List coupon worth about $30 off. The tech claimed the ignitor didn't work. He showed me the "plug" and it was missing a contact. Not sure who broke into our basement just to steal one tiny contact. The tech continued on to find another $400 worth of "problems" then offered to price a new furnace for us instead. He explained things by verbally trashing whomever installed the furnace and other parts. Maybe he's right but he came off cocky and hungry, so don't want to see him again.

I called the office to re-schedule an appointment that was for Thurs. Jackie rescheduled the appointment for Fri between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. At 6:00 pm no one had showed up so I called the office to ask if anyone was coming. They told me that they had changed the appointment but had not re-scheduled, so no one was coming Friday night. I left work early to make this appointment. Sue then re-scheduled the appointment to Saturday between 8:00 am-10:00 am, she said she apologized for Fridays error and would have someone there as early as possible around the 8:00 am time. At 11:15 am no one had showed up, so I called the office spoke again to Sue, she put me on hold to check with the technician. She came back on the line and told me the technician would be there in about 45 minutes. I asked 45 minutes that is by noon, and she said yes. At 12:15 pm no one was still here and I had to leave. They called me at 12:30 pm to say that Toby Miles was at my home, where was I! He left me a business card, so on Monday I called Toby's cell phone number to ask him to please call me to re-schedule again. I am STILL waiting, I still haven't heard from him and it is 3:00 pm. Great customer service don't you think?

They did a good job. He was professional and quick. Even though the system is old he didn't try to sell me anything.

My old water heater started leaking late one evening. After having a good experience with Four Seasons replacing my furnace, I called them without hesitation. They arrived 2 hours later (at 10:45 pm) for the same price as next day work, and informed me I needed immediate replacement. Luke was great, educated us fully on the unit, considerations and also tips for the furnace and cooling! He helped by shutting off our water and draining the unit to make sure it didn't bust in the meantime. He quoted a price to replace it next morning for $1200 for a 40 gallon, 40,000 BTU Bradford White heater and despite my attempts, would/could not negotiate the price. It seemed high to me, but I was stuck and needed the repairs immediately. I did some research and with a lower bid the next morning, was considering canceling. I really liked their service and work, but couldn't justify a higher price. Thankfully after some haggling, and telling them about my lower quotes, I was able to get a lower price ($900, which I later learned was still a little high). But they did prompt, clean, work immediate that morning, and the service was great, as I'm sure it will be going forward. Unfortunately I just think they seem a little pricey and maybe taking advantage of me being in a tight spot.

They did a good job. They were courteous and on time. They cleaned up after themselves well. They were professional on the job. They were also polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to other people.

They were here within four hours. They finished the job quickly and it was after hours. They were in and out in under forty minutes. He was really polite and professional, and was very considerate and friendly with my dog.

He charged me just to come over and do the analysis. He was nice but not very helpful. He was unable to help me with my problem. I will not use this company in the future.

They sent a guy out to give a estimate an hour after we talked on the phone. He told me everything in ways that I could understand. They called and told me that they couldn't have someone out there till two hours later. They had two guys come out there and they worked for twelve hours and they didn't change the price at all when they were done working.

He was on time and professional. Let us know how much it would cost to replace our units, and then his sales manager called us later to try to help with financing. Unfortunately, we are not in the position to buy right now. Id definitely use them again.

It went very well. I would recommend them. Their price is very reasonable. They are honest and they answered all of our questions. They worked hard to get the job done quickly.

Very helpful repairman. Did the work and spent a while discussing other non related heating issues and concerns I had. Encouraged us to ask questions about his work or anything else to do, and gave me info on flushing our water heater which was unrelated to the call.
