Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

They gave us the best price on our furnace and air conditioning. They did a good job of installing and made sure everything was up to code because we have an old house. I would recommend them to anyone.

The price was high, so we are holding off as we watch our expenses. I was a little disappointed in their financing. We will get another year out of our current system, but we will consider them in the future.

Honest emergency service, I highly recommend, excellent experience, this is a vacant home for sale. I called them after I arrived and saw heat was totally off, temperture in house was just above freezing. I was fortunate they had a tech in the area just finishing a previous service call and he arrived in about 30 minutes. Guiseppi anaylized the problem and initally thought the relay and another part had blown due to an electical malfunction which would have been an expensive repair due to necessary parts. While taking out the relay he saw the wire leading to it was loose, tightened it and everything worked. The house was frozen and he could have just as easily proceeded to replace the parts he initially thought were the problem and cost me alot more money.

I am very pleased with Four Seasons response time & the $79 diagnosis rate, The technician that was dispatched was very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Based on this experience, I would recommend Four Seasons HVAC services.

The salesman, who came out, was too sales-oriented. I didn?t care for his presentation. He kept telling me that the company was advertising in a big way. A good deal of his presentation was concentrated on the advertising budget. He talked negatively about competitors. I didn?t like his negativity.

I called Four Seasons come out to clean my ducts after my neighbor said how impressed she was with the job they did at her house. I spoke with the manager Ryan who walked me through the entire process over the telephone and explained to me what would be going on in my house, how long they would be there, etc. I was surprised on the day of service to see that everything Ryan told me rang true -- kind of unusual these days to get exactly what a service provider says you'll get. He even showed up like he said he would to at the beginning of the appointment just to make sure everything was in order and that the job would go according to schedule, etc. After everything was set up and explained to me again, Ryan left and the 2 duct cleaners, Mario and Ken, were here for half a day. They never stopped working. I've never seen anything like it -- no cell phones, no smoke break, not even a bathroom break. They took exceptional care of my home. I wish these guys were looking for work -- my family owns a small restaurant and I would love to hire them. Anyway, here's the best part: I couldn't BELIEVE the stuff these guys got out of my ductwork. Stuff that I have been breathing for who knows how long. This service was definitely worth every penny and now I know that I am breathing much cleaner air. As an aside, the guys pulled an earing out of their negative air machine (this machine was quite impressive) that my wife lost a couple of years back. My wife was ecstatic and the earring was worth more than I paid for the duct cleaning! This was a great experience from start to finish.

When I called to make the original appointment it didn't seem like the woman who scheduled the appointment was in a very good mood. I hadn't used them before, but the previous owner of my condo did, so they pulled up his account and made the appointment. She told me that the tune-up cost $119.95 but I could use a coupon from their website for $89.95. After I hung up I realized that she never asked for my name or phone number so they wouldn't be able to contact me when they arrived. I called back and made sure they had my correct contact information and was told they would be here between 9am-1pm on the day of the appointment. After 1pm came and went I called and was told that there was no record at all of my appointment, but that they would arrive soon. I again gave them my information and waited for their arrival an hour or so later. The maintenance was performed and I was charged $149.00. I showed him the coupon that I printed out for $89.95 instead of $119.95 but he told me that it was no good even though it was still within the expiration date. After he left, I noticed that all of the documentation has the old owner's information on it, even though I gave them my information twice. After missing the appointment, being overcharged, and still not having my information on the paperwork, I don't think I'll be using this company again.

I called Four Seasons for a check up and cleaning, which had not been done in three years. The appointment was made quickly and the guys showed up on time and were very professional. They put on booties and were respectful and explained many things to me that I didn't know (like if my humidifier was actually working or not (it was). They found and fixed a gas leak. Well, they found some faulty rings from some part of my furnace. And they even pulled out a book and explained very thoroughly why I should replace the furnace. It seemed to make sense. There is no CO2 leaking now, but it could happen. They even said they had to turn off the furnace for liability reasons. The tech gave me three quotes for three new furnaces--for less money than I expected--and it comes with a several years of service. So, why give them a grade of C, right? I am a single girl, who prior to joining Angie's List, has problems with contractors. So, I decided to get a second opinion. They understood and said they would beat the price (or something like that). Sounds good. Well, a friend of mine recommended a family-owned (for 40 years or more) Heating and AC company. People he has known his entire life. They came out and checked the furnace and said nothing was wrong with it. I wasn't sure who to believe. But, the second company said, "Well, I'd like to charge you for a new furnace too, but you don't need it." Good point. And since Four Seasons didn't clean the furnace, the other company finished the job. I'm not comfortable saying Four Seasons tried to sell me a new furnace I don't need, but...maybe? Is it possible the second company didn't do a thorough check? I told them what Four Seasons found, and they didn't say it was a problem. I could get a THIRD opinion, but I have CO2 detectors and the furnace is working fine, so I am passing on a new furnace now. Maybe Four Seasons will end up being right and I will have to replace my furnace, but if that's not the case, then shame on them.

The service guy determined that the circuit board on my furnace wasn't working. He estimated the cost of repairing the board and told me about the current rebates on new furnaces. I used a coupon from the Angie's List booklet, which saved me the cost of the service visit, but in order to use the coupon, I had to agree to have the repairs done by Four Seasons. Since I decided to buy a new furnace, I had to go with the furnace they sell. They came promptly and installed the furnace. It works very well. They made an error when they charged me for the furnace, but after a couple of calls to the main office, they remedied the problem.

He was prompt and courteous. There were some questions that I need answered and he answered them for me. Overall he did a good job. The price was reasonable.

I looked around at pricing and I found a lot of good deals. I would use them again in the future.

It went well. Joe was out on Friday and even left us with some electric heaters to tide us over until the job was done. The installation crew came out on Sunday and completed the job and cleanup in a working day's time. Their price on the furnace was less than All Temp's price also. The service call was free with an Angie's list coupon so that was great also especialy since I had paid All Temp for one service call already. Yes, the furnace was replaced as recommended by All Temp but for other reasons not the one stated by their tech. I figured Four Seasons people knew what they were doing moreso than All temp so I am glad I got a second opinion and went with them.

They were very thorough and had a quality control technician come out a month after the install to check on it and answer questions. My bother and parents have used them as well and referred me to them.

They were the cheapest of three bids. They were inexpensive. They had the exact same kind of unit so there wasn't any need to mess with the opening or anything. The unit has been working well since, so I have no reason to complain.

They were very professional, friendly, and thorough. I was very pleased with the work. Offered to answer any questions over the phone, too. I could not have asked for a better representative from them. I would use them again.

They showed up late and missed my appointment. They made some repairs. They had to replace a part which they said was the problem. However, that wasn't the problem because two days later the hot water heater shut down again. So, I got back on Angie's List and found another company who fixed the problem.

I felt like they were very professional and that their price was very competitive. I thought that they stood behind their work with a very good warranty.

They were great. I called them and they sounded good. They came out and the way they worked, it sounded like they were professional. They gave me a good price and they did a very good job.

I think they are a good company and I have never had any issues with them. They were prompt and readily available during off hours.

I called FOUR SEASONS and I was scheduled for an appointment during an 8AM to 1PM window of time on a Tuesday. That's 5 hours waiting for the FOUR SEASONS technician. The technician did not show up by 1PM and nobody at FOUR SEASONS called me to let me know if a technician was on the way or if they needed to reschedule my appointment. I finally called FOUR SEASONS and they told me a technician was on the way. Finally, someone showed up around 1:30 PM to service my furnace. The furnace was serviced, BUT, the FOUR SEASONS employee, after removing those booties that they use to cover their work boots apparently threw those dirty booties under a table in my basement, probably thinking that they would not be discovered for months. Well, I clean that area regularly and while cleaning a couple of days later discovered that this employee of FOUR SEASONS had used my basement essentially as a trash can. I strongly advise against this company. There are many, many more Heating and AC companies out there that want your business.

Gary was very professional, courteous, and timely. He spent some time with me on my roof discussing options for getting A/C to my first floor. He also explained that it was not necessary yet to replace my package unit, and that I should save my money. I think it says a lot (of good) about a company when its salespeople have their customer's interests at heart. Because Gary was so forthcoming about the package unit, I will take more seriously his estimate from Four Seasons for the split systems. (I am postponing that work until next year at the earliest.)

I liked their pricing. When they gave the estimate they were knowledgeable and asked questions. They didn't promise something that was something that we couldn't do, given the way our house is and the way it is arranged.

They are professional and punctual. They are very responsive and usually come out the same day I call them. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

It went great. My only complaint is that their service window is quite large (between 1 and 6 PM!), and they were running late. So, we rescheduled for a week later. Paul showed up within the window, and did a great job cleaning the furnace. He even fixed something which had been pervasive after our last cleaning (with a different company) -- the furnace had been rattling for a year whenever it went on, due to the fact that the last company we used really didn't know what they were doing. But Four Seasons is definitely best-in-class -- I will use them again for all our furnaces.
