Great service. Took the time needed to really clean my furnace. Price was less than I expected.

Four Seasons arrived earlier than window time and came out to perform the yearly maintenance on my furnace. He said Four Seasons was offering a discount for cleaning the water heater. Since I've only lived here five years and had no idea when it was last cleaned, I also had him clean out water heater. He did an excellent job on both, replaced my furnace filter, and left the area cleaned. He explained everything he did, answered all my questions and said my water heater was very dirty and should now run more efficient.

I just needed an annual cleaning. First time I used them. I called on Friday and they came out on Monday during the time they said and called before they arrived. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Had no issues.

Sam arrived on time and he was very professional. He answered all my questions and also made good recommendations. After finishing the tune up, I shared with him that I can smell gas in the laundry room or outside the house from time to time for the last year. He immediately checked the connections of the pipe for the dryer and found one wasn’t sealed and there was a gas leak. The previous owner had this house for 5 years and probably they experienced the same issue. Sam fixed the issue . I do not have any gas smell anymore and most of our coughing and difficulty breathing has ceased. I really appreciate the knowledge and the help from Four Season.

Excellent, timely response to an emergency call on a Sunday for Furnace. New furnace needed, technicians were efficient, clean and competent

Four Seasons was very professional, informative, and responsive. Within 2 days of my tune up, they were back onsite to replace my old furnace (1983) and the motor in my other unit. The servicemen who installed the new furnace were respectful of my property. They made sure to remove the old unit and everything else, so my place pretty much looked like before the installation. They answered all of my questions and even provided me with information I didn't even know to ask about. On top of all that, they linked me with seamless financing that worked perfectly within my budget. Now I have a brand-new unit, a satisfied tenet, and heat that works much better than before. Peace of mind is what they really provided. All without straining my bottom line. They have definitely moved up to be my "go to" servicer for all things heating. Keep up the good work guys.

Great service, got everything done in a day

The service men were cordial and polite. These informed me as to their requests and how they were going to proceed with the duct cleaning. After the cleaning the area was policed and everything was back in order. An excellent experience and I would recommend 4 Seasons to anybody that may need a new system, or to have their system cleaned.

Work was fine, massive over-charge. This happened while I was traveling and my wife was home. Refrigerator delivery team identified the refrigerator line shutoff valve was bad. I lined up this plumber remotely. They came in when my wife was home. She doesn't know plumbing. They shut off the water, unscrewed one valve, replaced it with a valve that goes for ~$12 on Amazon, then turned on the water. Charged $573. The work appears to be quality but they'll gouge a poor woman who doesn't know better if they can.

The repair went smoothly and when all was said and done the repairman helped tell me how to get ready for this upcoming winter.

Technician called before he came and showed up at the time promised. He did a very thorough cleaning.

Air duct cleaning went very well. Face bowl faucet not repaired. It was suggested that I buy new parts totaling over$400. I just wanted a stopper replaced and a leak stopped. Not totally satisfied. Furnace tune-up and water heater check is set up for appointment next month.

Home depot had fall tune-up special for $59 which is really good price. Home depot hires 3rd part HAVC cleanning people. When they find something wrong they charge extremely high price which you can not effort. For example they said my Motor Run Capacitor was not good and needed to be replaced, So I asked price and tech said $250. I think this may cost $50. And tech did not wanted to share more details. I asked him to send me report but I still have not got it.

The job went very well. Technician asked before he looked at the furnace if I had any questions and after the furnace was cleaned, he asked if I had any questions. Very thorough job done.

The technicians were courteous and helpful. They answered questions and even put in a Nest thermostat that I had bought.

The installers, Jesus and Emanuel, were fantastic, staying late to ensure the job was done right on an old home. Would hire again in a heartbeat.
