Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

My mom had this company install her a/c and furnace in her modular home in 2021 and has had nothing but trouble with it, they do horrible work. Would not recommend using this company unless you want to have them destroy your home and say that it is cosmetic damage. She has also aso had to have them come out 10 times in the last year and a half since install to fix the system but they still have not fixed her roof or the drywall that is missing from where they put the wrong pipe in, they have wired things wrong, cut wires, cut pipes, mesed up gas lines and every time they come up with a different excuse and or try to charge more. We will be going to the going to the better business bureau. This company likes taking advantage of elderly people. Also when you post a review they like to reply with "Hi, Im the owner give me a call at" when put a number that is for a call center and does nothing. This company needs to be shutdown before they take advantage of anymore people that need a necessity and usually take a loan out to pay for it. People deserve a good company not this scam artist of company. Here is just a small set of pictures showing the crappy work they do causing major roof damage that keeps getting worse cause they think a huge hole is cosmetic damage. Please be wise and dont do business with this company.

I have been using four seasons for years. Their service men are all very knowledgeable. I just had my humidifier serviced and the tech again was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Worked with Sergio and Anthony on getting a new furnace installed and both were Great. I have to say that the attention of detail that I was provided and the education I was given on my new furnace options was phenomenal. I would highly recommend them and their company to my friends and family. The techs that came out were also great and made sure that I was updated on the progress of the swap and even went above and beyond to ensure that no garbage was left behind.

Had our yearly cleaning and check up done on our heating system. The serviceman was was very professional, informative, and prompt.

Our furnace broke during the coldest day of a winter storm. The first tech who came out to diagnose was awesome. He diagnosed quickly and figured out what we needed to do. The techs came later that day to install the heating system. I was told by the first tech that estimated time for the installation was 4-5 hours. The two techs showed up at 1:30 in the afternoon and took a LONG time to complete the project. They did not communicate well with us and we had to go ask them several times about the status of the project. 10 hours later at 11PM at night, they finally finished when we were about to send them away because we needed to go to bed for work the next day. The project took double the time I was told. They had to leave at one point to pick up something from the hardware store and were gone for over an hour. They also did not clean up the area well and there was dust everywhere that we had to clean up. Everything is working nicely, but it was definitely not acceptable how long the project took.

It went horrible, they have the worst customer service. They take zero pride or ownership in their work.

Of course, our furnace stopped working on a cold Chicago December Day!. We called Four Seasons and a tech was here in 4 hours. He diagnosed our problems and offered some solutions. We decided it was time to replace it. They returned the next morning and replaced it. Their crew was very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Have always had a good experience with FS Technicians. Recent one was excellent. Took the initiative to replace a warranted part that while it was not broken, was not working to capacity.

Jose the Four Seasons tech found the reason that our humidifier was not working when we fired up the furnace and humidifier. It was excellent diagnosing of the problem and repairing.

They were very professional and prompt. We called one day. The next day they were here and the day after that, the installation.

Could not be happier with the service from Four Seasons technician, Andres Siguenta. He called before arrival with ETA and arrived on time, very pleasant, answered all my questions, and did a great job. I would welcome service from him again. Four Seasons installed my system in 2007 and has been servicing it ever since. I've been very happy overall.

We have never had a bad experience with Four Seasons. Their technicians are neat, thorough and knowledgeable. The customer service folks are always friendly and helpful. Definitely the best HVAC company we have found in Chicagoland.

We had a huge heat problem and Four Seasons came in and fixed it for us. They were courteous and on time. The first person came and looked at it for us and told us the issue and they were able to install the furnace the same day. I would highly recommend them for your furnace needs!

Needed HEAT bad. Explained to 4 seasons my situation. Was provided with quotes. 4 Seasons that was almost $5k cheaper than their competitor. 4 Seasons quote included a hot water heater and a whole house humidifier, which the previous competitor didn't. Go with 4 Seasons....you WILL NOT regret it!

I was contacted promptly that he was coming and he arrived on schedule. He was polite and did his job within a short time informing me that I only needed one filter not two. He replaced the filter and told me I needed a duct job. Then he was done. No problems with the furnace.
