They did what they could on the initial repair but when they came back we decided to just the whole unit. The service was excellent. I have contacted them for a maintenance program in the future.

Worker was very conscious of being neat/tidy while working, putting booties on before stepping inside, etc. Listened to me describe the type of noise the heater was making when it was attempting to kick on. He did a thorough exam of the equipment and cleaned everything. We've used them the last couple years and have been pleased with the service.

Four Seasons has the annual maintenance contract for both my furnaces and ac units. During this last service call, I was informed there was a crack in my furnace which could allow CO to escape into my home. This meant fixing the crack ($600) or replacing the unit. After receiving quotes from Four Seasons and 2 other very reputable firms, Four Seasons got my business (this was the 2nd furnace they have replaced for me). The installers were great and the multiple follow up calls from the service center was top notch. Overall a very good experience with no complaints.

Just fine. Came in, used booties as not to dirty the floor. Did the work as requested, changed the air filter. Quick & professional.

Service man called prior to arrival. He put on shoe covers before before walking on carpeting. The furnace clean and check took about 30 minutes.

Nice guy and probably doing what he was told to do but I don't like people coming in and always finding a multitude of things that need to be upgraded or fixed. It just seems like a high pressure sales person when my intent was only a basic cleaning job.

Ok so my carbon monoxide detector went off in the basement and I opened all the doors and window in the entire house. I decided to call Four Seasons since they last serviced my water boiler heating system. The detector went off around 7am I called them at 730 am they came out at 930am. The system was at the end of it's life and repairing it would have cost a lot and wasn't a guarantee that it would last any longer so I decided to replace the system. They came out that same day at 3pm and finished the job at 1030pm. We didn't have heat since the detector went off but that is fine the weather wasn't too bad. I just can't believe this all happened in one day. They showed my how to work the new thermostat and took car of the old system and cleaned up as if they were never there. I will definitely be using them going forward. I was able to finance it for 3 years since we didn't have this cash on hand which is a big relief. Next time I need to plan better for the future.

Tech was professional and got our A/C running to best efficiency for it's age. Made recommendations for future repairs but did not pressure us to complete them.

We use 4 seasons most of the time and used a coupon for the cleaning. Otherwise, I think their prices are a little high but we have always been satisfied and used them for emergency service in the past. He took his time to clean and check the boiler (which was in the basement) but I appreciated that he put booties over his shoes when he came in the apt to check the thermostat.

Our furnace went out on a Friday night. Try as we might we could get the pilot light to stay lit. I called Four Seasons that morning an by 130 a technician was knocking at our door. The tech was extremely professional and explained every single thing he was doing. I really appreciated his ability to help me understand what steps he was taking. Turned out that due to a lack of cleaning the safety for the pilot light was clogged. He performed a full cleaning of the burner and again fully explained each step he took. Less than an hour later our furnace was up and running. He left a detailed listing of how to avoid this problem in the future, gave us coupons for duct cleaning (not pushy at all), gave us a discount for the cleaning and was on his way about an hour later. It was an outstanding experience.

The part was brought out the next day or so. Case closed.

Technician arrived on time and completed task in about 1/2 hour. He was courteous, clean, and left no mess. He indicated that some part(s) were still ok, but would likely require replacement within 2 years.

We have had good experiences with Four Seasons servicing and maintaining our air conditioning units and furnaces. We have been happy with their service.

Well. It was a little more expensive for the drain than I had hoped, but he explained it well and repaired it in a way that reduced the likelihood of a repeat problem.

Everything was done in a very professional manner. From the quote to the installation.

They had a good a appearance and explained what the process was going to be throughout the house. They took precautions not to dent or scratch anything. They used corner guards for protection which was nice. It was a 2 person team and they were finished under their estimated time frame. Only thing I noticed later after they left, were some dust remnents in the laundry room which had settled on clean clothes on hangers. Didn't like that!

Had a terminally broken furnace on a cold Sunday evening, called their on-call guy who took details and gave me a quote on the phone. He called back three times to give me details/check on access/type of furnace etc, and once to note that we could get a $1000 rebate on the furnace in question from Peoples Gas. Justin and his assistant arrived as promised at 10am the next day. New furnace was installed by 2 pm along with condensate pump (95% furnace) and new digital thermostat included. I know something about furnaces and was impressed by their knowledge and speed (the old furnace was hidden away in a corner of a small closet and had been badly installed) They were friendly, helpful, informative and professional. Also cleaned up so it was nicer than when they came in. They may have been a couple of hundred dollars more than the lowest fly-by-night outfit, but for service like that on a Sunday/Monday, along with a 15 year no-cost parts and labor guarantee I would have no hesitation in using them again. Excellent service, thank you. We have also had them install a steam boiler a couple of years ago, same review applies.

Upon the technician's arrival, he found that the heat exchange unit was cracked and that we needed a new furnace. Our technician Matt, was very thorough in explaining the different models and answered all of my questions for the right system for the right amount of heating and a/c coverage needed for my home. I made my decision on the choice of furnace & ac system to be installed and to my surprise, they scheduled the install for the next day. The installers were delayed in arriving due to the needs of the business, however they did a beautiful job on the install. They were prompt, efficient, answered any questions and cleaned up their working area. This the second time I've used Four Seasons for the purchase of a heating/ac system and I am very very pleased. I have recommended them to my friends and family whom have used them upon my recommendations and they too share their satisfaction with me. I have used this company for services for the last 5 years and I tell you that you can call them at 3:00 am or in the evening and there is ALWAYS somebody there to answer the phone and help you. Thank you Four Seasons for helping me heat and cool my home! :)

My heat went out over the weekend and other companies I called wanted to charge me a emergency rate to come out and to take a look at the problem since I called on a Sunday. Four Seasons came out with their standard rate witch was half what the other places wanted to charge me. I have had problems with my furnace over the past 5 years and I had a good idea what the problem was and what it would cost me. The price for the repair was what I was expecting and they were finished with the job in less then an hour. They also showed up within an hour of my initial call, which for me was great since I was freezing without any heat. I would absolutely use these guys again.
