Have always been pleased with the service from seasons. They installed a new furnace and ac 10+ years ago. We finally moved into a new home and are pleased to have them again as our go to furnace and ac company.

The technician called before arriving. He took care of the problem that I was having with my boiler he explained what was happening as he completed the repair.

The young man wore protective covers over his shoes and he suggested getting a duck cleaning. Four Seasons put in my Furnace and AC Unit.

We had Four Seasons out to clean our ducts and vents. They did a great job explaining the process ahead of time (it was the first time we've done this). The technician was on time and was extremely professional. We had a really good experience and will be using them again for future HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical projects.

y heater quit on Saturday morning, I called Four Seasons and they sent a technician within a few hours. He found several components needing repair and explained all the options. I decided on a new furnace, which they installed on Sunday. The installers were polite and answered my questions, they were knowledgeable and cleaned up when finished.

The technician was great! Very friendly. Took the time to explain everything about the furnace. He also to the time to explain step by step how to use the new thermostat that we got installed. I would definitely use their service again.

The tech was so knowledgeable and personable. He answered all my questions. I was there with him when he was doing the work and explained along the way what he was doing and what was happening. He was neat and cleaned everything up. It was a perfect job.

Called for an inspection and cleaning later revealed that I had several cracks in my heat exchanger. The technicians came removed and installed the new unit and hauled away the old one. The new unit runs a lot better and more quieter.

On time and kept us informed when the technician was coming. Did a great job, took time to listen to our issues and provided information to assist on how to resolve it.

they said that we need to replace our hvac. but they installed it incorrectly. they dragged our old unit down the stairs causing damage to our wood. it wasted hours and hours of time, we didnt received a discount or partial refund. even they paid for the service to repair the damaged wood.
