Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

I was hesitant to try but the advert convince me to go. I had 2 more quotes for a new AC unit and they beat them all plus I got a good deal with a "better unit" with "free" Nest Learning thermostat. The salesperson James W is very responsive to calls and super accommodating. The installers Jeff and Von are very funny, they are bickering at each other but the outcome was excellent. Perfect match if they don't agree because the outcome is the best, nothing was missed. I can go and go about my experience forever but none was negative at all. Very delighted with the job and recommended.

Our air conditioner went out and were able to get it replaced the next day. It was a quick and easy experience.

The job of replacing air conditioner unit went by smoothly. The 2 gentleman were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. Definitely would use their services again!

I had a small issue with my AC, and called FSHAC. They told me that I needed a new circuit board, and that due to the age of the system the price was $1458 (legacy parts can cost that much). They assured me that the charge was from the supplier, and to emphasize they stated that the part arrived by courier from the supplier Lennox in Niles, IL. What else could I do? When the circuit board arrived I was surprised to see that it wasn't a legacy device, rather a simple internet search revealed that the item was relatively new and significantly less expensive. In fact I was able to get the price from the supplier (Lennox), $229! When I called customer service at FSHAC, the agent repeatedly lied to me, stating that they only charge a modest markup (wasn't told that, also, 700% increase isn't "modest"). I have issues a fraud complaint to my credit card and BBB. I suggest anyone out there double check the price of supplies, FSHAC ripped me off and I actually hope that we end up in court!

The technicians informed me 30 min before arrival and were on time. They installed both AC and furnace professionally, checked it multiple times to ensure functions working properly and had a walkthrough with me to make me understand how things will work now. They kept the area clean. I'll will hire them for future projects and recommend for any such work.

We really like Four Seasons. They always come in, efficiently and cleanly do their job.

In January, we had issues with our furnace that was 24ish years old. Theybwere able to replace both the heating and air conditioner over the next two days. In April, a technician arrived and did the start up on our new AC Unit as described when we purchased a new heating and air-conditioning unit in January. It was too cold to start up the ac at the time.

Great response time and very knowledgeable and communicative techs. The new boiler works great and the space was left clean and tidy!

Jacob was incredible. He took his time, walked me through the entire process, and was understanding of our concerns. He helped set us up for a new air conditioner next day! I couldn’t recommend them more!

"Robert", the service man was out on time, clear in explaining what he was going to do, and then in doing it. He worked efficiently and quickly, both inside the basement and outside. He kept me informed as he went along. He tested the system before leaving. He cleaned up his work area, loaded up his truck and had me sign "completion" before leaving. I was very pleased.

Great job. Clean, considerate, and professional! Our furnace goes in a small closet in the garage. Four Seasons made it work. We got exactly what we needed. Great quality HVAC, reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

Everything was done as I wanted. They were friendly and answered all my questions. They were very professional and did a great job.

I was able to schedule an appointment the next day on a weekend. The repair person helped resolve some billing concerns that I had. The repair person called me to remind me the day of the appointment and was on time. The repair person was friendly and answered all of my questions. The repair person took off his shoes when entering my house. The repair person recommended future services. The repair person made sure I recieved all of the discounts I deserved. I would work with this company again.

The technician called 45 minutes before he arrived to assure me that service will be done as scheduled. He arrived on time and did a good service efficiently which I am very satisfied with. He was professional, very informative and answered all my questions in a professional way. He wore plastic shoe covers to avoid dirtying the floor without my requests. The one thing I love about Four Seasons is they tell the truth. Even if it means they don't make a sale on something, they will always tell the truth about your equipment. If you don't need a new one, they'll tell you that. I appreciate that almost as much as I appreciate the thoroughness of their service.

Everything was installed well. It did take two days, but I was getting a full system replacement of my entire HVAC system. The sales team gave me many options and I was really able to make a educated decision with no pressure. Thank you.
