Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

Four seasons installed a new furnace and AC unit for us. They were very professional and were able to install the new items within a day of us accepting the quote. They made us aware of rebates we were eligible for as well. We are very happy with the service provided.

Way over-priced cost ($2,820) to do a simple move of an air conditioner unit about 10 feet and back. They provided an estimate of $2,820. Actual work totaled 4 hours of labor and 1.1 pounds of Freon as documented in the technician notes. Company first verbally stated that "11 pounds of Freon were applied with no basis for that (my unit has only about 8 pounds capacity). Company later offered about $600 refunds for the Freon and 2 free cleanings, but this still looks like $2,200 in labor for 4 hours of work. Discussions on this went over 2 months, nothing ever in writing - just intermittent phone calls. I declined their offer. Bottom line - company practice of charging fixed price solely by estimates ignores the actual work done and leaves consumers hanging when actual work is much less.

Great customer service!!! The quote was prompt and given right away with different options on how to get the job done. There were follow up calls from the company to make sure that we understood all of our options. The two men who did the job when we picked this great company were so polite and did their job professionally. After they were done they walked us through our next steps in order to maintain both units installed.

Had a heat pump installed. The installation went well. The installers were efficient, courteous and professional. Job well done.

We had requested quote for HVAC in March 2023 and decided to wait then finally decided in July 2023 to go with the replacement. Anthony G. honored the quote they gave us March and made the whole process super easy. We are happy with the service we have received so far.

I called four seasons and got a quote to install a utilty sink and faucet(i purchased these items myself) and run some new water lines along with extending a gas line so the dryer and washer could be side by side. Quote came out to 1718 and i paid half up front. The next day 2 techs, one being an apprentice, came out and installed the sink and faucet and put new water lines for the washer. The techs advised to keep the gas line as is since the exhaust for the dryer is within reach and they took 205 off the price. I finally got around to testing everything out when the washer and dryer came yesterday and that's where i seen issues. For one the the hot water line isnt secured to the wall so when the washer is in use i do notice a little play there while the cold line is secured properly. Second the sink isnt level so there is always standing water after use. I thought to try and fix it myself and then i noticed that only the 2 front legs of the sink were screwed down to the cement. I again figured id fix that myself and just secure the 2 back legs but they must have taken the screws with them because i didnt find them anywhere nor the original instructions of the sink or faucet. I did find a battery on the ground and wondered where it came from and then looked up to see that it was from my smoke/CO detector. When they were doing the installation it kept going off so i guess they got annoyed and decided to remove the battery without telling me but then they forgot to put it back in! Can't overlook that because my family and I were hospitalized once from CO poisoning and that has always been a fear since. Do not trust.

Installation was GREAT!!!! Slyvester answered all my questions and was very professional and friendly. A/C working great. There was a mix up with payment up front, which costed about 35 minutes, but it was resolved and customer service said they would resolve this for future customers. If you plan to use multiple payment methods, my recommendation would be to have a backup plan or call the front office to arrange things before installation.

they did great, no surprise after done charges, they knew what they are doing, and they goy the equipment and material. they just did great.

Was expecting the worst...came home from oral surgery and the house was warm. Called 4 Seasons and the next day 1st thing the tech William showed up. He handed me the newspaper which was on the stairs promptly put on the protective foot wear and went right to work. In minutes he assesed the issue and corrected the problem. Answered all my questions which were many . Truly an asset to the company. The reality is not everything like this this goes smoothly but it did that day and Kudos should be given The Wilks

We decided to replace an outdated AC unit and furnace with a brand new heat pump and furnace. After speaking with a Four Seasons sales rep, we knew they were the best choice to go with due to their thorough assessment, knowledge of products, availability of service and overall transparency. And perhaps most importantly, they were not pushy and respect our decisions on what system we felt was best for our home. As with any expenditure of this nature, there will be some ironing out of details and inevitable bumps to get everything completed, but the overall experience amounted to an energy-efficient HVAC system that was installed with care and expediency. Their service technicians are also friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and available at a moment's notice. We are so glad that we went with Four Seasons.

The installation went well. They were extremely efficient. The entire process of getting a quote to installation took less than 1 week. Overall, the price seems fair but feel like they had a lot more room for flexibility based on conversations with friends who also used their service. The technicians were helpful and personable.

He arrived when he said he would and did the work efficiently, professionally, in a timely fashion and was able to still be very friendly and honest. Very refreshing.
